Perfect location for our trip to a concert at Red Rocks. Within 15-20 minutes of everything we needed to do. Updated bathrooms were a nice touch. Kitchen could use some updating, but it was fine for our purposes. Loved the backyard for morning coffee. Would stay here again.

Family get-away

we had 7 adults and 1 child with us, and the property was perfect. Very spacious, some nice updates, and in a nice neighborhood located close to all the shopping and restaurants we wanted to visit. would recommend!

Nice area and easy experience

Place was a discribed. Was in a nice nieghborhood with easy access to the metro area. Lots of extra bedding and towels. Appliances top notch. I do think it wouls be nice to have TVs in the bedrooms and the basement area. I would stay here again and highly recomend the property.

Property was exactly as described. A lot of room for 5 adults to share comfortably. We did not use the swamp cooler, no feed back that. Very clean. I would stay here again!
