💤 Where You'll Sleep (Sleeps 8)~
Primary Bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, private balcony entry, sleeper sofa, Pack 'n Play, and ample storage. En suite bath with double vanity, walk in shower, and large garden tub.
Guest Bedroom: Two Queen beds (sleeps 4) with access to a full hall bathroom (shower and tub combo).

Starter Kit: Starter kit provided with paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
Premium Bath Products: All bathrooms come fully equipped with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
Coffee Time: Coffee is provided along with a standard drip coffee maker.
Convenience at Your Fingertips: Full size washer and dryer in unit, plus a Pack 'n Play for your little one.

✏️ Other things to know~
Parking: Designated parking spaces are available with your numbered unit on them in the parking lot behind the building. (The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities that offer long term parking options in their lots.)
Minimum Age: Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
Golf Carts: Golf carts are not permitted in Seacrest.
Furry Friends: We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non shedding. They must also be house trained. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one time, non refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
Disruptions Disclaimer: Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A.
