Family time at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great! Cute little place with all the amenities. Location was a priority in booking and this place did not disappoint. Near the pool and the beach!

This property was a hidden gem on 30A. While it is as good as it looks on the pictures, what doesn't really come through is that it is tucked away amongst 200 yards of single family homes/condo rentals on either side, so the beach was semi-private. We only saw 2-3 families each day during fall break.It is also convenient (1/2 mile or so) from the shops and restaurants at Alys beach, and was only a mile or two from the open-air pavilion on the way to Seaside (and just a little farther to Seaside), so dining was convenient as well.Only issue we ran into was that the gate code for the property wasn't readily apparent on the check in materials, but a quick call to the office rectified that. Otherwise, fantastic property!!
