Stay in crested butte

Initially overbooked so i was transferred to another location. Chrissy was awesome about getting it done. Condo itself was ok. Water leak under bathroom sink. Never got fixed while i was there. Location was great. Overall room was average. Besides sink issue, screen door broken and cobwebs in room.

Cozy Little Condo

The condo is located just off a main road and within 5 minutes (walking) to the ski lift. This is an older condo with older (70s/80s) furnishings, but we absolutely loved it. It's rustic and cozy and was perfect for our long family weekend. The location couldn't have been better. The town of Crested Butte is a 5-10 minute drive and is an amazing mountain town with a LOT more food options that expected.

Great location

The location was near hiking and biking. There is a great path from the condo to town. The condo itself was as described. We are looking forward to our next visit to Crested Butte.

Nice Place

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and felt it was good value. I did have trouble with the internet. The management company directed me to Spectrum Customer Support. They required 2 items of information that had not been proved in the check-in package; zip code (I didn't have internet access so couldn't Google) and a username. The check-in package had labled the network name as the username. Other than that minor distraction, I was very pleased and would rent again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and large enough to be comfortable for two people. Our main complain was with the noise due to the location. The apartment is close to, and faces the main road coming up from Crested Butte. There were trucks, buses and many cars, all day, and the noise was so invasive that it was not relaxing to sit out on the deck, or even have the sliding doors open. It was especially a problem in the evening when I wanted fresh air to cool the rooms down for sleeping, but could not tolerate the noise. So, if noise is a problem for you, this is not the apartment for you. Otherwise, the apartment was really good.

Wonderful Place, Comfy and Cozy.

The condo is beautiful and well appointed. Everything is super comfortable and I loved the decor. It didn’t get a five star rating as I feel I should state that the condo is situated on Gothic road which was much busier than I expected. Sitting outside to enjoy the amazing view was very noisy. This would be true for EVERY condo along the corridor. It took us by surprise. The condo was very quiet with the doors closed and you can still see the view!

Comfortable , well equipped, beautiful views!

Comfortable, well equipped for a couple and more! We enjoyed the fireplace and comfortable surrounding, beautiful sunrise and sunset out of the dual glass doors. Easy access to the slopes once we were told to walk through Westwall access.

Good but with some short-comings...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was well-stocked and comfortable. Lots of hooks everywhere, which was very convenient for skiers! There's a clothes washer in the apartment, but it leaked water when I tried it, so Iimmediately turned it off. The clothes dryer in the apartment turns and blows air, but the heating in the dryer didn't work properly. So it usually blew cold air, which is not useful. So I had to use theclothes dryer in the building's laundry room instead. The ski lifts are 300m away from the building, but it's quite uphill, so I was tiredby the time I got to the lifts! The shuttle usage is rather inconvenient from this building. First I had to take the Crystal/Condo shuttle from the building, which runs only once every 30 minutes. That took me to the transit center at Mountaineer Square.Once there I could take the convenient town shuttle, which runs often (every 15 minutes).The key pick-up and drop-off for the apartment is at a different building, the Three Seasons, which was rather inconvenient, as it's rather too far to walk, and there's no cabs or Uber in that area.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was quite lovely and cozy. Just as presented. Our one issues was that this location had an elevator. This was very important as my husband is mobile challenged. It was confirmed to me twice that there was an elevator and this allowed us to choose the 4th floor unit instead of a ground level unit.

Great views

Easy after hours check in process for someone unfamiliar with the area at night. Cute, cozy stay with wonderful views from the balcony and close to town! We will be back!

Great value and location

This spot was perfect for a summer weekend getaway with my wife. Had everything we needed, was super cozy, bed was comfy, and checking in and out was easy. Really loved the overall feel of the place and would definitely come back!

Just what we needed for a base camp for hiking

The unit had an efficient floor plan for us. The king size bed was comfortable and the compact washer and dryer were welcomed as an amenity after hiking during the days. The location and the parking was convenient. We did ride the free bus from Crested Butte with a drop off spot nearby.

Almost Heaven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's easy to see that the owners have tried to make this a lovely place to stay. The distance to the shuttle was perfect for me. For younger persons not saving their knees, the walk to the lift would have been a walk in the park. In the bathroom there's a wonderful red glowing heat lamp. Since the electric heater didn't work in the bathroom, it was much appreciated. If you like sleeping in the cool, don't turn on the bedroom heater. I'm really not sure it works, and turn the living area heater very low very early. The View cannot be beaten! My friends say they are the best I've ever put on Facebook of CBM. So, enjoy!
