Cons: House is very dated, A/c only down stairs not up in the bedrooms (two wall units) Deck was very old and falling apart Kids got slivers and cut themselves in the nails protruding from the wood. Upstairs bathroom leaks thru the floor to the living room. Pros: hot tub was nice, SHARC passes were amazing and the park down the street was loved by all ages.

Nice location. Comfortable and cozy. Well stocked with sm. appliances. Carpet needs attention and we were concerned with safety of top bunk beds with young children (no railing) Due to static,Sheets need fabric softener Overall we were happy and would rebook.

Lacking security. Upstairs door did not lock. Plumbing was brutal. Bathroom sinks did not drain. Downstairs bathroom shower screamed when water turned on. Lacking the little things. Cheap soaps, no shampoos etc. or even salt and pepper. Kitchen was empty. Only 8 towels in the whole place. No towels for the hot tub. Cheaply run.
