BaytowneBreeze is a top-floor, end-unit 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located right in the heart of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. It has rare lake views from the private balcony, unbeatable walkability to dining, shops, and live entertainment, and a fully updated interior that sleeps up to 6. It is a strong fit for couples, small families, and anyone who wants to be in the middle of the action without sacrificing comfort.

Step inside to an open-concept living area filled with natural light. The plush sectional and smart TV anchor the space, and the queen sleeper sofa gives you flexibility for extra guests. The dining area seats four and flows into a modern kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Everything you need to cook in or snack between outings is here. The primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and a private en suite bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and access to the second full bath. Both rooms are well-appointed and comfortable.

Step outside and you are already there. Baytowne Wharf is steps away with waterfront restaurants, bars, boutique shops, live music, and seasonal festivals. Perfect location

We had a great stay a at this property. The location was perfect. We were a little confused with where to park when we arrived and the valet parking guys were so helpful and let us park in the lot. Our condo was just what we needed for our family of 5. We loved the space. It was quiet, yet conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants. We had access to the pools, Shelena was wonderful!! She was so helpful and sweet. She replied quickly to my messages and made sure we had what we needed to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this property. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Girls Getaway

We had the best stay at Baytowne Breeze. Everything about our stay was thoughtful and the communication from Shelena was always timely and consistent. The condo is as pictured, clean and well-stocked with amentities. The beach chairs were just what we needed when we took the Tram service to the Sandestin beach access and spent the day relaxing. Towels and bathroom supplies were just right. Kitchen and laundry supplies were greatly appreciated as we were able to use the full-sized washer/dryer for beach towels and clothes. Easy check-out process and we were able to park just outside the condo entrance. We enjoyed the shops at Baytown Wharf and the location to other various points of interest was perfect. The location is very secure and while there's plenty of activity, it wasn't too loud or distracting. We would definitely book again!
