Resort Amenities

Guests have exclusive access to a private, heated pool and hot tub at The Summit, just steps away from the condo. Alternatively, you can use the heated beachfront pool and hot tub available to all Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort guests. For those who enjoy grilling, there are two poolside grills at The Summit. The beach is a short 200-yard walk away, with two Tommy Bahama beach chairs provided for guests. Additional beach services are available for a fee.

Family-Friendly Resort

Tops'l is a quiet, family-friendly resort boasting 600 feet of private beachfront, adjacent to a nature preserve that offers four miles of protected beach for peaceful walks. Enjoy kayaking or paddleboarding to Seahorse Reef, just off the coast of Topsail State Preserve. Free shuttle service is available throughout the resort and to nearby Baytowne Wharf. The Summit is conveniently located near The Silver Sands Outlet Mall, The Shops at Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf, world-class fishing, golfing, and numerous other attractions.

Dining and Recreation

The resort offers onsite fine and casual dining, as well as refreshments at the beachside Tiki Bar. Optional access to the Tops'l Tennis Club and Fitness Center amenities is available for an additional fee of $45 per day (3-day minimum). This includes access to 14 tennis courts, a racquetball court, a state-of-the-art fitness center, exercise and yoga classes, an indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room, and mini-golf. Please notify us in advance if you wish to use these amenities so arrangements can be made prior to your arrival.

Access to the beach, swimming pools, and hot tubs is included with your reservation; club membership is not required.

Renters must be 25 years or older. College groups are not allowed.

The resort is a secure, gated community. A guest list and ID are required upon entry.

Adults may not check-in anyone under 25 and then leave the premises.

A refundable damage deposit is required.
