UBICACIÓN:
Ubicado en una tranquila esquina que aborda Seaside Heights y Seaside Park, Clocktower Condominiums lo ofrece todo. Nuestro edificio está a 2 cuadras de la playa, lo que le permite relajarse y disfrutar del cálido sol de verano. Cada unidad cuenta con sillas de playa y pases para otorgarle acceso a la playa. A lo largo de la playa, se encuentra el infame paseo marítimo con muchos juegos, minigolf, atracciones y otras actividades para que los niños y los adultos disfruten en cualquier momento del día o de la noche. Clocktower Condominiums también está rodeado de una variedad de excelentes restaurantes: la mayoría a poca distancia.

EL EDIFICIO:
Nuestro edificio está dirigido exclusivamente a familias y grupos de adultos, no se permiten grupos de graduación. Nos enorgullecemos de mantener cada unidad y áreas comunes en perfectas condiciones para que disfruten nuestros huéspedes. El edificio es completamente seguro con estacionamiento subterráneo, cerrado y ascensor comercial con acceso a cada piso. Cada unidad cuenta con 2 espacios en el garaje. Nuestra azotea ofrece un lugar perfecto para disfrutar del sol y darse un chapuzón en nuestra piscina de inmersión. También tenemos un espacio común donde puedes disfrutar de una hermosa vista del atardecer.

LA UNIDAD:
Esta unidad está totalmente amueblada con cocina y baños de granito / mármol, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, HVAC y varias terrazas frente a la sala de estar, el dormitorio principal y el dormitorio de arriba. El dormitorio principal tiene dos camas Queen y un baño privado completo. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y está directamente al lado del baño completo del pasillo. Arriba, ofrece otro gran dormitorio con dos camas Queen, sala de estar y 1/2 baño. La unidad ofrece acceso directo a la terraza de la piscina y tiene su propia lavadora y secadora fuera del área de la cocina. Ofrecemos televisores por cable en la sala de estar y el dormitorio de arriba junto con conectividad Wifi.

Best rental ever!

The host was amazing and informative, all of her local recommendations were great! The place was beautiful and clean! We were able to communicate with our host and she was very responsive and helpful. There were 10 people in the group and we all felt very comfortable in the place. I highly recommend renting at the clock tower! We will be coming back!

Perfect Getaway!

Beautiful condo. Spacious and super clean. Location was perfect--so much to do in walking distance that we never needed to drive anywhere. Modern amenities and everything you might need when traveling with a group. Kristen was the perfect host--so welcoming, and gave GREAT recommendations and guidance on places to go and eat. I highly recommend!

Loved It!!

Our family vacation to Seaside and the Clocktower Condos was nothing short of awesome!! The Condo was clean and spacious. Kristen and her family were very welcoming and friendly. The rooftop access to the pool from the room was super convenient. The game room kept us busy during the rain. Proximity to the boardwalk was perfect. Only two blocks from the beach, yet quiet. Loved the private gated parking. We would 100% stay here again.

We stayed for one week with another family & had an amazing time! The condo was fantastic in so many ways. we were able to walk everywhere… to the beach, boardwalk, playground, restaurants. There was plenty of space for our two families. Great space in the kitchen area for all of us to eat & a table for playing games. Plus everything we needed for making meals. Loved all the balconies for the views & quiet reading space. Had a blast on the roof swimming, relaxing, & using the game room. The owner was very friendly & easily accessible by txt/phone for any questions or needs. The included beach passes were a huge plus! Loved that they even had carts for us to use to bring all of our bags to & from our car at the beginning & end of our trip. We will definitely want to stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Awesome Family Trip!!

This place is Awesome! We planned a mini family reunion in Seaside Heights and it was one of the best trips ever! This unit is clean and very spacious! My daughter, husband and little granddaughter had their own suite upstairs! So convenient with the baby getting up early…didn’t disturb the rest of at all! Kristen was so friendly and responsive. We had one small mechanical issue and it was fixed Immediately!!! The furnishings are so comfortable and look brand new too. The location was great because we were able to walk to the beach, boardwalk and great restaurants. Do not hesitate to rent this place. It’s worth every Penny!!!😊

Outstanding experience and one of our best vacations ever!

The property is amazingly clean, super functionable and easy to navigate, and in the perfect location to the beach and the boardwalk. The outside salt pool, game room, indoor garage put the trip over the top! However, nothing was as great as meeting and getting to know Kristin and her family. She is a wealth of knowledge and gave great suggestions on food, shopping, and event/activities that are going on. We are already trying to figure out when we can stay there again!!

Perfect Getaway

First and foremost Kristin, the host, is just wonderful! She is very welcoming and informative! She suggested restaurants and activities for our group to try! The unit itself is very well kept and clean. It was stocked with all the essentials you would need such as linens, towels, kitchen tools, etc. There are even beach chairs and umbrellas available to take to the beach. This saves so much room when you’re packing! The Clocktower’s proximity to everything was one of the best features! Just a short walk would get you to the boardwalk, beach, and restaurants. May I also add that we felt extremely safe as you get a personalized code to enter every door into the building. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back to stay! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Owners are so nice

I’m sorry to say the place was dirty. I actually had to clean out drawers in the kitchen. The waste paper baskets were filthy. I tried to scrub the toilets in my room. Gross….. I feel bad saying this because the owners were so nice. They need to hire a good cleaning company.

a great repeat visit!

this is our second time staying here. We love the location, the 2-story layout, the rooftop pool, balconies, 2 garage spaces, and touchpad locks (no keys to lose). What a treat to watch the fireworks from the roof! Kristen is a great host and responds quickly to texts. We hope to rebook next year (if my work vacation is approved...)

Fantastic vacation

As soon as we arrived the property owner, Kristen opened the gated garage under the building and we parked in both assigned spaces. We then used the supplied carts to unload and used the elevator to easily transport everything to the second floor where our unit was. The unit was gorgeous. Beautifully decorated. The ac was very comfortably set and worked extremely well throughout the entire 2 story unit. The rooms were all nicely sized and beds were very comfortable and nicely made up with lots of pillows and quilts. The bathrooms were modern and there was plenty of hot water even after several showers. The second floor had direct access to the rooftop pool which was very convenient. The rental included plenty of nice beach chairs and umbrellas. There is a good 2 block walk to the beach and boardwalk so we brought a wagon to transport everything to the beach which worked great. Kristen and her family are awesome hosts and although we had no major issues she went out of her way to rectify even the smallest issue. I would definitely rent again.

Wonderful

I love this place. It’s the 2nd time I’ve stayed and it’s really perfect. We stayed on a ladies get together. There were 12 of us and we had enough room for everyone with 4 balconies a nice size living room/ kitchen combo. Walking distance to beach and bars was perfect and there’s a pool on the roof top. There’s parking in the garage for 2 cars and more free parking right in front. The owner provides so many amenities and really thinks of everything. I would stay here again and again.

Great family vacation

My family rented this very nice condo that accommodated 6 adults and my 2 grandchildren comfortably. Kristan was very helpful with check in and anything we needed. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas were available. I would recommend Clocktower Condos!

Great stay with family and friends

The accommodations were absolutely perfect for our group of nine, which includes three small kids. More than enough room for everyone to hang out together. The property owner was great and very responsive to questions before our stay and during. We will 100% book with them again.

The place is beautiful, clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Everything you need is in the apartment. We were a group of 12. 5 adults at one point and 6 kids and we were not on top of each other -had plenty of space. The game room and pool was an awesome break for the kids from beach days and in between. The owners are on location-so nice and helpful. A family establishment where you feel safe, know there will not be any strangers in the building-cars are safe. They have carts to bring all of your stuff up and down and an elevator. Everything is convenient and simple. The walk to the beach and boardwalk was close enough and far enough to avoid the noise of the busy strip. We used a beach cart which was helpful to carry all of our stuff. The place is beautiful and we would definitely stay again.

Seaside Reunion

Host was very communicative, accommodating, available and pleasant throughout our stay. The place was clean and spacious yet cozy. There were 8 of us from 4 different states ranging in age from 12-87. There was always something to do in walking distance (can't beat a 2 block walk to the beach). Highlight was definitely the rooftop salt water pool...and grandma playing ping pong in the game room:-)

Summer vacation

We had a great stay! Smooth check in process. We had 2 families with multiple young children and was a great set up. Very convenient to have access to the garage which made it much easier to have our beach wagon ready to go each day without having to unload each day. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

Perfect spot to spend time with the family. Plenty of room for all of us to have space and enjoy time together. The game room and pool were the perfect fun zone. Having the two parking spots made day trips easy but especially enjoyed the easy, quick walk to the beach. Staying here has become a family tradition. Looking forward to our next visit. Wonderfully managed.

Family getaway

Property was clean, comfortable, great location, and quiet at night. The pool was great to have since the beach has such limited hours. We would recommend it to other families.

Our father/grandfather built this beautiful building in 2008 . It's location was chosen as it is convenient to all in Seaside, yet not right on top of the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. This makes it a uniquely quiet and private oasis. It was built to the highest standard and remains the finest beach property in Seaside and its surrounding beach communities.

For the discerning ones...........there simply is no finer. We are family run and pride ourselves in keeping the building quiet and clean. We rent to family groups and mature adults couples only. We do not rent to groups of young adults. Not sure yet.....read the reviews.

Our lobby and elevator are steps from your car. Our units are all beyond compare and will exceed your finest expectations. Clocktower is upscale and provides a plethora of amenities usually found in a 5 Star Resort. There are only 8 units at Clocktower and mostly owner occupied, its exclusivity and privacy is second to none.
