Denna rymliga tropiska semesteruthyrning är bara några steg till den vita sandstranden, som du har gjort för dig och din familj med alla bekvämligheter som behövs för en avkopplande semester. Golvplanet har ett stort, bekvämt vardagsrum som öppnar upp till matsalen och Florida-rummet. Det finns två king size-sängar och en bekväm drottning som dras ut i det tredje rummet.
Ligger på norra änden av Clearwater Beach (med namnet nr 1 strand i USA och # 8 över hela världen av Expedia). Bara en minuts promenad till den orörda viken vid stranden där du kan njuta av varma tropiska vindar, pulver sandstrand och världens mest berömda solnedgångar! Medan du är idealiskt belägen i bostadsområdet på norra stranden, är du inom gångavstånd från Pier 60, restauranger, barer och shopping. Privat parkering, veranda utanför, cyklar att använda, solstolar, parasoller och badhanddukar och gasgrill för att göra din vistelse hemifrån. Vagnstjänst går vid huset varje 30 minut till alla strandaktiviteter, butiker och restauranger, liksom andra lokala stränder. Luftkonditionering, kabel-platt-TV och trådlöst internet. Vattencentret Clearwater-familjen ligger precis nere på gatan. Great Beach House!

My family and I had a great stay in this house! Perfect for a family of 4! Really short walk to the beach and not crowded at all! Great communication with the host! Highly recommend!

Great location! A lot of room. Plenty of dressers to put clothing along with big closet space. Comfortable bed. The a/c thermostat went out while we were at the property and the owner had a technician there within an hour to replace it. Very good communication during the whole stay.

Awesome place to stay!

We loved our week at the Beachcomer! Quick walk to the beach, perfect house for a family of 4- everyone had their own room which always makes for a great family vacation! The house itself is beautiful and fully updated. We appreciated having beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels to take to the beach. You do share a laundry room with the unit next-door- not an issue for us as I only do a load of two. But if 2 families that do lots of laundry are there at the same time, you’d have to work it out. There are tons of restaurants and shopping about a 20 minute walk away. We usually walked- except one night when it rained. There is also a trolley shuttle u can take, although we didn’t try it. Definitely book this place!!

Fantastic place in the best location

We had an amazing stay at the beachcomber. The location truly couldn’t be better - one block from the beach, close to downtown, a block away from the trolley that will take you to all the restaurants, etc. Maryhelen was so communicative and great and they had everything we needed for our family stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

a perfect (but too brief) vacation

It was perfect - clean, comfortable and very close to the beach. The property manager was very accommodating to our requests (came a bit early and left a bit late...) and we are hoping for a return visit next year. quiet neighborhood but a nice walk to the vibrant downtown area.

Relaxing stay in great location

Great home away from home. Quiet area but close to everything. Comfortable and sunny home with both privacy and common areas for 3 friends on a getaway vacation. Away from the hubbub but we could walk or bike to see both sunrise on the bay and sunset on the beach. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Our host was very accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!

quaint and comfortable

we enjoyed the size of home- the rooms- comfort of beds- and numerous tvs for keeping all 4 teens and 10 year old satisfied. owners were awesome- available for any issue that was promptly resolved. in particular/ thank goodness they were there as we packed up to head home. helped me with problems with my car- gave us a bungee and advice and we’re just super all around! will come back again!!!

Property was exactly as described in vrbo description, it was just a short walk to the beach which was perfect! Quiet neighborhood and a close drive to the clearwater shops and restaurants. Property owner was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

Getaway to a great beach

This rental had a fabulous location a block away from the beach. We found sand dollars we saw dolphins jump in, it wasn’t overly crowded because we were further up the island. Mary Helen was a great host you needed anything she gave you contact numbers and was there for any questions or concerns. Would stay there again.

Perfect location

This property was super clean and located in the North Beach area of Clearwater Beach, away from most of the high rise complexes. The owners were extremely responsive and completely fixed the 2 issues we had. Hope to come again soon.

Excellent Location!

This was the perfect spot for a beach getaway - just a quick 2-3 min walk to the white sand & plenty of chairs/towels/bikes available to use. We had everything we needed and communication was smooth throughout the trip. Great restaurants and shopping all within about a mile. We even went on the Sea Screamer for a dolphin show, highly recommend! We would definitely stay at the Beachcomber again!

The owner was friendly and helpful,and Clearwater Beach is stunning,the house is nice and a very short walk to the beach.We took advantage of all the beach gear that was available at the house and had a great holiday.The house was very well provided and stocked,which helped make the holiday enjoyable.

Wonderful beach getaway

The Beachcomber was the perfect base for our trip to Clearwater Beach over New Year's. Just a block from the beach, we appreciated the easy beach access, as well as the quiet residential neighborhood. And most days, we walked the mile or so to the more commercial area with restaurants, shops, etc. Maryhelen and Dave were very gracious hosts and very responsive to our questions/needs, and they have stocked the Beachcomber with everything we needed (beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, etc.)

Perfect House

This house is just exactly as pictured! Super cute, clean and in a great location! Maryhelen is a great host that is quick to respond to any questions or concerns or issues. There are beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, even a beach bag to make your beach day perfect. The Trolley literally goes right past the house and takes you to restaurants and shopping and pier 60. I wouldn’t hesitate a second to book this home again!

Easy beach access and quiet

The house was great for our family and young children. The house is just like the pictures. It has comfortable beds, nice televisions, and solid wifi. The beach is a 1-2 minute walk, and it is amazing. Pier 60 is a one mile easy walk away. The house comes with beach towels, bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas (but most broken), children beach toys, and boogie boards. We did have to supply own soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, and resupply dishwasher detergent and toilet paper after running out toward end of one week stay. Overall, the house was perfect for the price with only a few small details that need fixing.

Loved the house and location

We really enjoyed our stay at the house in Clearwater. It’s a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach and walking distance to all the action and restaurants down by the Pier and hotels. We liked being on the north end of the island where it’s more quiet with easy access to everything else. My husband and son used the community tennis courts and the weight room/exercise center. We took a couple of sunset cruises from the marina, and had delicious meals at every restaurant we went too. We had plenty of space at the house. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. It should be noted that the laundry room is a shared space with a unit just behind the house, but it was never a problem. Overall we loved it and look forward to going back. Maryhelen was wonderful to us. She gave us lots of information and then just let us enjoy the house. We highly recommend the Beachcomber!

Wonderful, peaceful location

We were in Clearwater to take granddaughter to summer camp at Clearwater Marine Aquarium. This location was ideal - a 5 minute ride. We loved this vintage 1949 cottage 1 block from the beautiful uncrowded beach. If you are looking for a modern, totally updated. sleek place in the midst of all the craziness and crowds, then this is not your place. If you want quaint, quiet, relaxing, then consider this rental. Host Maryhelen is wonderful to work with - very responsive to any questions. Place was clean and had all the amenities as described. We didn't even know there were occupants in the attached 2nd unit. Would definitely stay here again. So glad we saw and rented this unit. It worked perfectly for our 3 generation family of 4 adults and one teen. Thanks Maryhelen! Tell your son thanks for the recommendation for the Bait House. It was yummy!

The house was very lovely and comfortable. It was a block from the beach, and there were plenty of amenities (beach umbrellas and chairs). The only disappointment was that the pool was closed due to the hurricane. The owner was very communicative and responsive.

I'm originally from Mt. Vernon, Indiana, but came to Clearwater 53 years ago to live in this beautiful tropical paradise. After graduating high school in Indiana I went in search of palm trees. I headed to Florida, with two places circled on the map, Clearwater and Palm Beach, simply because the names sounded so pretty. Came first to Clearwater and ended up staying and never made it to Palm Beach. Clearwater Beach was amazing then just as it is now! I married a local 5th generation Florida guy and our children are now proud to be 6th generation Floridians. Our family loves the beach and the water, and make it a part of our lives.

We bought this home to make it available to my family and other families that want to visit Clearwater Beach as I did years ago. It's so much nicer experiencing a beach vacation in a home rather than a motel room.

Close enough to walk or bike ride to the restaurants, shopping, bars, etc., yet in the quieter part of the beach where it feels like home. The beach access is a short distance away - a one minute easy walk by foot. You still are close to shopping, dining, charter fishing and a myriad of activities. The best of both worlds- come see for yourself!
