About this property

Easy one minute walk to #1 beach!

Fully restored after hurricane Helene, this property is only steps to the white sandy beach. This spacious, charming tropical vacation rental is made for you and your family with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. The floor plan has a large, comfortable living room that opens up to the dining room and kitchen. There are three bedrooms, two spacious bedrooms with king size beds and a queen bed in the third room.
Two bathrooms, one extra large with tub/shower and plenty of room, while the other is accessible from the master bedroom and has a single shower. This property is ideally located on the north end of Clearwater Beach (consistantly named top 10 beach in the US and worldwide). Just a one minute easy walk to the pristine gulf beach where you will enjoy warm tropical breezes, sugar sand beach and the worlds most famous sunsets! While you are ideally located in the quiet residential area of north beach, you are within walking distance of Pier 60, restaurants, marina and shopping. Private parking, outside porch, beach chairs, beach towels and a gas grill will make your stay a home away from home. Trolley service goes by the house every 30 minutes to all beach activities, shops and restaurants, as well as other local beaches. Air conditioning, cable, smart TV & wireless internet access provide comfort for your stay. The Clearwater family aquatic center is located just down the street where there is an olympic size pool with attached children's play area with slides, squirting water jets and waterfalls - plenty of room for sunbathing, large umbrellas for shade and family picnic areas. Ask us for free passes to the pool. Tennis and pickleball courts are located less than a mile from the property.

For larger groups, consider also renting the Sandpiper, and enjoy being together at one location. With both rentals you could accommodate 12 guests.

The house was very lovely and comfortable. It was a block from the beach, and there were plenty of amenities (beach umbrellas and chairs). The only disappointment was that the pool was closed due to the hurricane. The owner was very communicative and responsive.

Great Beach House!

The layout of the house was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The floor plan really was Ideal and having the laundry on the premises really made a difference. The kitchen had the right supplies . The host provided everything from sheets to towels to beach, chairs and beautiful sunsets!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this super sweet bungalow to anyone wanting to visit the Clearwater area. Super quiet residential neighborhood with a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed eating on the porch everyday. MaryHelen was a great host and had everything we needed including things like beach chairs and umbrellas. We hope to come back again soon!

Lovely! Short Walk to Beach

The property was so cute and just a couple blocks walk to the beach. It was far enough away from Pier 60 to be quiet and have lots of space to relax! I would love to stay here again! There was also a shower outside to wash off which was super convenient.

Family Vacation

We chose this property for our family vacation this year and I am sure glad we did. We have stayed in a few different rentals the last few years and this one was our favorite so far. The house was beautiful inside and clean. The perfect spot for my family to spread out and have a space. We were just minutes from a quiet spot on the beach. The laundry facilities were a plus. Great location! A lot of room. Plenty of dressers to put clothing along with big closet space. Comfortable bed. The a/c thermostat went out while we were at the property and the owner had a technician there within an hour to replace it. Very good communication during the whole stay.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family of 6. We loved how close it was to the beach and that it was on the less crowded north end, but still a short drive to food and shops. We were happy to see pickle ball and basketball courts nearby for our kids. The only suggestion would be to add to kitchen supplies as they were limited and it was not easy to cook for a party of 6.

Fantastic place in the best location

We had an amazing stay at the beachcomber. The location truly couldn’t be better - one block from the beach, close to downtown, a block away from the trolley that will take you to all the restaurants, etc. Maryhelen was so communicative and great and they had everything we needed for our family stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect getaway

I'm originally from Mt. Vernon, Indiana, but came to Clearwater 53 years ago to live in this beautiful tropical paradise. After graduating high school in Indiana I went in search of palm trees. I headed to Florida, with two places circled on the map, Clearwater and Palm Beach, simply because the names sounded so pretty. Came first to Clearwater and ended up staying and never made it to Palm Beach. Clearwater Beach was amazing then just as it is now! I married a local 5th generation Florida guy and our children are now proud to be 6th generation Floridians. Our family loves the beach and the water, and make it a part of our lives.

Why they chose this property

We bought this home to make it available to my family and other families that want to visit Clearwater Beach as I did years ago. It's so much nicer experiencing a beach vacation in a home rather than a motel room.

What makes this property unique

Our home is ideally located on north beach in the quiet residential neighborhood of Clearwater Beach. Close enough to walk or bike ride to the restaurants, shopping, bars, etc., yet in the quieter part of the beach where it feels like home. The beach access is a short distance away - a one minute easy walk by foot. You still are close to shopping, dining, charter fishing and a myriad of activities. The best of both worlds- come see for yourself!
