It was immaculate and comfortable.Our only trouble was with the downstairs master shower faucet - We could not regulate the temperature. We loved our stay in your beautiful house. Everything was walkable. Beach, restaurants and shopping nearby. Home has everything you could possibly need and it is newly remodeled. It’s is perfect for exploring the area. We loved San Clemente and we will stay again while visiting family in SJC.

We had a great week staying here because of the location and having 3 full bathrooms. The old house is nicely remodeled. Being together is what made our week great and having enough beds and space for our family of 10.The cons were that we had ants the whole week from Day 1. The first day there were tons and the property manager came and sprayed and put a couple traps down. Never saw an ant in the trap. We kept food in fridge or tightly bagged and wiped up after eating but they came from foundation and cracks daily. And we couldn’t get the water regulated in upstairs bath - scalding hot always as control handle just spun around. At least it was hot, not cold! But gave upand just used downstairs baths, which also has tricky controls so regulating temp was not easy. Everything looked nice, but sheets and bedding had lots of long hairs all over them. We picked off a bunch, then just used some we had brought with us on several beds. Otherwise, they appeared clean. Shared Laundry was not clean - we did bare minimum of wash as didn’t want to put clothes in the machines.The little A/C unit wasn’t good for much - we thought listing said it was an A/C home - so we were glad temperatures were in 60s-70s the whole week.Manager was very responsive and we really appreciated that. Would have loved the house except for bugs (had spiders and a few other bugs too). While other things need attention, we handled them okay. Parking tight but a big plus as little street parking.

This two story condo was perfect for my family and their littles. Minutes to main street and pier. Also having 2 designated parking spots was a huge bonus as parking is always a challenge. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing time in San Clemente

The bedrooms were large and great layout of the Apartment. Kitchen could be stocked with more utensils and the family room was a little tight but the positives out weighed the negatives.
