Great Stay at Neptune's Landing

The host was great, and the house was excellent. We fished off the boat dock, caught blue crabs, and it's only minutes from the beach. It's a gated development so very little traffic in and out. You have beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset from this location.

Great place to stay

Home was beautiful and very well kept. It was equipped for any length of stay. I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for a place in Sargent.

Spectacular family trip that I never wanted to leave from.

Private gaited driveway which allowed for my family and I to have a feeling of security with our children and pets. Very amendable and spacious throughout the entire stay. Plenty of covered parking and pier space to fish. The pier had green lights for at night fishing and two areas for filleting our fish afterwards. Crab traps and kayaks for us to use as well as a barbeque pit. All of our needs in one location. Hope to come back in the future.

Absolutely awesome!!!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay with Kandas at Neptune’s Landing! We booked this spot for a fathers-and-sons fishing weekend, and it turned out to be exactly the setting we were hoping for. Being right on the water made it so easy: guys were out on the pier fishing at all hours, and the kids loved being able to just walk out the back and cast a line. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our whole group without anyone feeling cramped. What really made the trip special was Kandas herself. She was warm, welcoming, and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of the entire stay: quick to respond, full of helpful local tips, and just genuinely happy to have us there. That kind of hospitality is rare and it made a real difference in how the weekend felt. Our sons still talk about the fish they caught off the pier, and honestly, so do we. This was more than just a place to sleep, it was the backdrop for some memories our family is going to hold onto for a long time. We are already talking about when we can come back. Thank you, Kandas, for making it so special!

Sargent Gem!

This property was BETTER than we even expected. We took our son and his friends for a fishing vacay, and the loft for them was PERFECT! Plenty of room, beds, and their own space to hang out after a long day of fishing. The house was absolutely beautiful and having the dock/canal was great for some evening fishing and crabbing. Thank you for an awesome property, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful place!

Property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Love the fishing pier and fish cleaning station. The crab traps are a plus and the kayak although we didnt use the kayak. The place is so peaceful. My family and friends enjoyed our time crabbing, fishing in the pier, hanging out and playing board games. My husband able to launch our boat in the bait shop which is just 4min away and parked the boat in the fishing pier. Highly recommend the place! Kanda the host is very flexible and accomodating. She responds to messages very quickly! All in all we had a great experience!!!

Neptune Home

There were 8 of us 5 professionals in their late twenties and three of their parents. We also had a couple of dogs. Great waterfront home (on a canal) that was very clean and met all our needs. It was very well stocked with pans, serving dishes and even spices.We did have to drive 10 minutes to the beach.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and had everything you could possibly need—even things you might forget to pack. It was clear the owners put a lot of thought into making it comfortable and well-stocked.One thing to note (and this was completely my oversight when booking): I didn’t pay close attention to the bed sizes. While the house has plenty of sleeping space, we had 4 couples and only 2 full/queen beds. The other six beds were twins, so two of the couples had to sleep separately. Not a huge deal at all—just something to keep in mind depending on your group’s setup.Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommend!
