Rolling farmland surrounds this unique compact home in the country, yet still only 7 minutes from historic downtown Huntsville for fine dining, shopping and unique seasonal venues.
Country living with all the amenities of town life. Relax by the fire or in the salt water hot tub. Enjoy on-site disc golf, nature trail walks, canoeing/kayaking, fishing, and so much more!
Peace and tranquility await.

Take a break from the city life and enjoy country living with all the comforts of home. Cozy up to the fireplace, or grab a towel and immerse yourself in the salt water hot tub to soothe your muscles after a day of wandering nature trails. Create your own amazing home cooked meals in the modern kitchen or order in Skip The Dishes to come right to your door.

Our guests have access to 1/2 acre of fields around the home to enjoy the sunshine and 70 acres of private parkland across the road crossed with nature trails (easy and challenging trails to choose from) Enjoy an invigorating walk to the waterfront where you can access canoes and kayaks to enjoy the serenity of a river paddle. You can drive to within 200 feet of the waterfront and walk down to the river as well.

Your private enjoyment of our home and property are what we offer our guests. However, we are close by and available when you need us. Our contact numbers will be in the guest welcome package when you arrive.

Quiet, rural neighbourhood overlooking rolling fields. Access to miles of walking trails and to the Big East River. Minutes from town.

There is parking for 2 vehicles beside the home.
You can also walk or drive from this home to the Big East River on our privately owned parkland across the road.

An oasis! We loved our stay at the tiny house and will definitely be back! Check in was a smooth process and they made sure all was well throughout our stay. Everything in and around the property was well thought out and clean. It felt very private. We checked out the water access and look out trails. A good hike ! Hot tub was clean, and perfect. Close enough to town but far enough to feel you’ve escaped. I would recommend this property and all it has to offer to anyone wanting an escape to Huntsville !

Everything we needed and more! Hot tub was amazing, the hosts were so kind and easily reachable. The pictures are exactly the same as it is in person, very clean and private tucked away tree lined spot. Would definitely recommend as a relaxing couples getaway !

Great Place to Stay! Tiny Home was very well stocked. Quiet and serene area. Soaking in the hot tub was nice. Brent reached out during my visit to see if I needed anything. Definitely would stay again!

The entire experience from booking to check out was amazing! Always quick communication. There is a super detailed binder with everything you want to know, and more! We had requested more of a supply and it was dropped off super quick and the hosts were wonderful! Location is private with a beautiful view!

Had a great time

We loved everything about the property!! It was clean, new, and had all the amenities that we needed. The hot tub was the feature for us! We loved that it was salt water so your skin doesn't itch or smell like chlorine when you get out. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be going back!

Had a great time at the place in snowy conditions

Went to the property at the beginning of March for a few days. The property is kept up extremely well - everything is clean and you have everything you need - tea and coffee, bathrobes, towels, etc. The hot tub was the best I have been in. At -10 outside, being half-opened, it not only kept the temperature but it was even able to warm up further! Having a small fireplace with already pre-cut wood was absolutely amazing. The only downside I would mention is a potential lack of total privacy in the Summer as there is a children playground just to the side of the mini-house which is quite close to the property with no fence. It was not an issue for us, however, given 1 meter of snow on the ground and lack of people around. 5/5

Great place to stay; clean, private area and quiet. Everything lookes exactly like the pictures. We would stay there again. Walking distance to a disc golf course which was a fun new activity to try.

We love it so much we wanted to share the Muskoka experience with others.

Our property consists of an original homestead farm with rolling fields and forest. It is a quiet, peaceful rural location, yet is only a short 5 minute drive from downtown Huntsville.

This property is divided in two by Sinclair Road with a log home, our home, and our business location as well as this tiny home on one side and forest with nature trails leading to the Big East River on the other side. You will have complete access to the nature trails leading to the river when staying at this tiny home.
