Large, sunlit and high end throughout, relax and restore yourself, and all within a short drive to Main St Littleton, Downtown Denver, the foothills, DTC, you name it! 2 blocks to a gorgeous lake and park! Walk to Littleton History Museum, Bemis Library, Ketring Park, Gallup Park, Gallup Reservoir, Lost Coffee Shop, S Broadway, etc!

The space

Inside you can enjoy numerous hang out areas! 2nd floor game and tv room w/ pool table, air hockey, shuffle board, over 700 video/atari games, ping pong massage chair, wet bar, TV area. The main level includes large front porch, spacious entry, formal living room, formal dining room, open tv/living room into massive high end kitchen, side play room, expansive covered back patio off main living area and overlooking gorgeous private back yard, numerous bedrooms with super comfy beds, linens, pillows, black out curtains! 3rd tv space in private back suite w/ pull out couch.

Beautiful House

This house was absolutely beautiful. It gave our family room to spread out while still enjoying quality time together. We were traveling with 7 adults and 2 small kids under 3. Rooms were lovely and had everything we needed. Lots of games/toys for kids! Great kitchen(s) and outdoor area. Hostess was very kind and easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at this property again!

Wonderful House!

This house is really all that and more. A fantastic home for large groups. The game room is so fun! Lots of seating areas and spaces to hang out. We have a large blended family with 7 young adults (14-24) and love to cook so this was a perfect home for us. The owners live there part time so it is less sterile and more homey than other VRBOs I have stayed in. Will definitely return when we see family in the area again! Had so much fun and great family time. Thank you Brooke!

Wonderful Stay

This is an amazing house and we highly recommend it! We stayed 5 nights for our daughters wedding weekend and it was perfect! It has 2 "suites" with King beds and extra rooms attached, one with a small kitchenette and refrigerator. There are 3 king bed bedrooms plus 2 other bedrooms in this beautiful home.The beds were very comfy and spacious rooms. It is a spacious home and very clean and a lovely backyard. The owners were very helpful and answered questions immediately when we had a few questions. We had a wonderful 5 nights and want to thank Brooke for being a great host. Our whole family highly recommends this to house!

All-around excellence

We had five couples in Denver for a family event and we wanted to stay together instead of separate hotel rooms. This home was PERFECT for us, with right number of bedrooms and bathrooms, huge modern kitchen and living room area, a great game room (massage chair and Miss Pac Man were very popular!!!), and large covered patio with overhead heaters. This is a traditional Littleton neighborhood with a mix of older homes and some very large newer homes like this one. Every morning we walked around the lake at the nearby park, and even walked the 2 miles to Downtown Littleton a couple times for dinner and breakfast. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and owners communicated very effectively. Every one in our group gives this 5-Stars !!!
