The main level offers breathtaking views of the beach with large windows & features a large great room with family room, dining & kitchen. There are also four bedrooms on this level. The gourmet kitchen features luxury stainless steel with DOUBLE refrigerator / freezers with two ice makers, DOUBLE oven, dishwasher, microwave, additional wine cooler, Calacatta quartz countertops, & completely stocked with everything needed. Kitchen features reverse osmosis system so you can have quality drinking water without needing bottled water. Dining area has table that will seat 12 people together plus there is seating at the bar. Full size elevator services all floors.

There are two large covered patios & lots of outdoor furniture – tables & chairs to seat 12 plus seating for 12 on rocking chairs. You can walk down your own private short boardwalk & put your feet into the sugar sand of the Gulf of Mexico! Beach items stocked for Guest use including beach towels, chairs, toys, & much more. Home is extremely clean with luxury vinyl flooring throughout & all new furnishings.

Home is located just a few houses down from community lap pool, work out room, clubhouse, & tennis courts. Community features include 2 community pools, airport, tennis & pick ball courts, walking trails & paths, bike baths, clubhouse & fitness center.

Beach is not crowded as it is private for this gated community only.
