Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath second floor condo is steps away from a private beach on the world famous Siesta Key Beach! fully equipped with a King sized bed and pullout sofa to sleep 4 people. The kitchen is stocked with enough supplies. Free assigned parking, wi-fi, smart TVs. Halfway between Siesta Key Village and the shops at south bridge, restaurants, bars, and stores are easily accessible. The free trolley can take you from one end of the island to the other.

The place was exactly as described. It was a short walk to the beach access and we appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels they provided.

Communication was excellent. Everything we needed to know we were told well ahead of time. Loved that this properly has its own private beach with chairs and that the host provides just about everything you need for the beach.

Wife and I really enjoyed our time. Room was clean and just a few minute walk to the private beach. The room also came with some useful beach items like and umbrella and chairs. Overall had a wonderful experience.

This was a great place to stay for my husband and I. The condo had everything we needed and was in a short walking distance from the beach and the pool! The host was very prompt in communication and so kind and accommodating! Five stars for sure!

Location, location, location! This condo was just a 2–3 minute walk to the beach, which made getting there incredibly easy. The community even provided beach chairs, and the owner also had additional chairs and a cooler available in the closet if we needed them.We really appreciated all the little conveniences, too. Sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and other essentials were provided, so we didn’t feel like we had to make a grocery store run the moment we arrived.The owner was incredibly welcoming and responsive, and we truly enjoyed our stay. If my wife and I hadn’t made a pact to visit somewhere new every year, we would definitely return! Highly recommend!

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay here at Siesta Beach House! The location was absolutely perfect. Only a 3 minute walk to private beach access and a 5 minute walk to the trolley stop. The trolley is free and takes you right into Siesta Key Village for food, shopping, and live music! The condo itself was clean and as pictured. Perfect for a couple just wanting a quiet place to stay and relax. Min was such a gracious and lovely host! She gives such detail on all aspects of the check-in/check-out process, and repsonds almost immediately to any messages. We will definitely be returning and using Min as our host for another stay at Siesta Key! 10/10 for us!

Apartment was ok.. a blackout blind in the bedroom would be very helpful, as light from the adjacent parking lot of another building gets in at night. Shower is very tight. TV is a very frustrating tech hurdle. Photos are amazing compared to actual setup.

The listing was exactly as described. It was very clean. Host was very responsive. Location was great. A mile walk from restaurants and bars and about two miles from the village. Beach was beautiful and a short walk from the condo! Would stay here again

A great stay

We enjoyed our weekend a siesta key beach house condo. The condo was clean, remodeled, comfortable and quiet. The best part was ease of use of the beach. Min was very responsive and flexible.

The property and proximity to the beach was great. It was clean, neat, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only reason I down voted was because there was construction going on around the whole complex, which was not communicated to us. Due to this construction we had numerous issues getting in and out of the property. We also had no chance to sleep in as construction started bright and early. We really wish this would have been communicated to us so we would have been prepared.

Regarding the construction, if you're referring to the new building down the street, it is quite far away with multiple buildings in between, so noise from that site typically does not reach our property. That project had also completed its major work before your arrival, with only occasional material transport remaining. We're sorry your experience fell short of expectations. We were not made aware of any issues during your stay, but we always encourage guests to reach out to us directly so we can address any concerns in real time.
