Family Reunion

This house was the perfect spot for my family of five, my parents and our dog. The rooms were comfortable, the house provided everything we needed during our stay. The kids loved the huge deck! We were very happy with our stay and will plan to come back.

Family Getaway

Beautiful property! Two streets away from the causeway to SPI. Very quiet neighborhood with a deck for fishing. Big enough for bigger families without feeling like you’re stepping on one another. Will definitely book it again!

Spring break 2024

We loved our stay! The deck was perfect for sitting outside at night and enjoying each other’s company. There was plenty of room for everyone and the owners were so hospitable. Thank Captain Bill for us! He even took us on a boat ride! Just the sweetest people. We will definitely stay here the next time we come down.

Relaxed in a Storm

Bill and Sandy were wonderful people to be dealing with. They kept us calm while we were there and helped us with information and ideals to help us through our days there. The storm showers came and went the 5 days we stayed. But the place was beautiful. The view from the deck as we watch the rain pass over, we’ll always remember the comfort of it. The place it self was more than enough for my family. It had everything we needed to rest and relax. Thanks Bill and Sandy for everything. Until next time.

Spacious - they thought of everything!

O. M. G. This is one of the best places we've ever stayed in the SPI area! Sandy & Bill thought of everything you could need for a weeks stay! Spices, foil, plastic wrap, TP, paper towels, fully stocked kitchen! Even some water in the fridge! Plenty of room for a family gathering. Various places to sit & eat inside & out. Laundry supplies & a large washer & drier in the unit. Nice size bedrooms with plenty of places to hang clothes & dressers, too. Lots of living space to enjoy. Plenty of towels & beach towels. Even a beach umbrella! Lots of pillows & blankets. If you are flying here, just bring your clothes & a few toiletries. The showers had great pressure & were stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Plenty of free parking, too! Sandy & Bill are right downstairs if you need them & great people! Wonderful to work with! Highly recommend staying here! Hope to be back in the near future!

We previously had a property manager for our home with many happy guests, but we decided to give it a try on our own to save guests from all of the extra fees for cleaning and service. We have enjoyed sharing our home. It is so nice to see others enjoy the property with family and friends. We give guests all of the privacy they want while also being available for assistance and recommendations.
