Two bed room bath and a half townhouse located on a quiet street in Old Town Key West.

Located two blocks east of Duval, in proximity to St. Mary's Star of the Sea Basillica, you are a close walk to all Old Town has to offer. Easy access to Duval, Historic Seaport, Key West Theatre, White Street Gallery,as well as Higgs and Smathers Beaches.

Penny's Perfect Place is an end unit of a three unit building;. Conch Town Villas complex has two buildings comprised of full time residences as well as other owner occupied homes. HOA ensures all homes and common areas are maintained,

Home has a modern, spacious, equipped, eat in kitchen, half bath and over-sized couch with smart TV on first floor. Small back deck with grill; Front porch with outdoor furniture and sun sail.

Upstairs has two bedrooms each with a closet, one king and one queen size bed: plus an updated bathroom featuring a walk in shower and lighted fog free mirror.

Entire house has LVP flooring for your comfort and convenience.

Additionally house has a rare, reserved, off street parking space. However if you fly, private car rental service is available. Car will be delivered to the reserved parking spot. We don't do the car rental but it is through a trusted partner.

**Due to city ordinance, this property has a 28 day minimum rental**

Perfect Location!

The place was perfect for us and our two dogs. Nothing fancy but all the necessities for an enjoyable winter. The owners were the greatest and readily available for any questions and we had absolutely NO PROBLEMS! Loved the place, the neighbors and the neighborhood. Highly recommend for a great vacation.

Old Town

Nice location easy walk or bike ride to most places in Key West. House is spacious for Key West nice to have the nice 1 1/2 bath which is hard to find with apartments this size. Bedrooms are large with comfortable King size beds. Roomy kitchen with plenty of counter space.

I am a retired New York City fire fighter (FDNY) who loves being a Key West resident. When on island I occasionally work as a fishing charter captain and enjoy all the music and food Key West has to offer.

I have been spending some time off island and want to make our home available for others to enjoy Key West. This is our home and not owned or managed by a vacation rental company. You will be communicating with me.

My girlfriend Erin and I spend time traveling when not on island or working.

Why they chose this property

VIrgina Street and more specifically Conch Town Villas, is a great spot in Old Town Key West. Spend some time here and you will quickly see how convenient it is to all Key West has to offer while being in a quiet spot. Your furthest walking spot in Sunset Pier which is just over one mile.

What makes this property unique

Our home has a lot of space (900 square feet) which is a lot for Key West. It is our home so we keep it comfortable.
