Oh, and of course the best sunsets in Ocean City! This 2-bedroom, 2 full bath second floor condo has a washer/dryer, high speed wifi, 2 Smart TVs (to be used with your login credentials). The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs including a waffle iron. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room has a pull-out sleep sofa. This bayfront condo is just under a mile to the beach and Atlantic Ocean - a few minutes' drive or 17–20-minute walk. The unit also comes with one assigned parking space.

*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $110.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

***We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.***

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
