Stacy was a great host. Her home was beautiful and exactly as posted. It was clean, super comfortable and accommodating for all guests to include the great extras like sealed toothbrushes with toothpaste, razors, ear plugs, etc. kitchen had all that we needed for our stay. Very family friendly and close to many activities. The neighbor was nice and safe and close to stores, restaurants and much more. Highly recommend this home.

This place was fantastic and so clean. When I showed the pictures to my daughter before we arrived she said it looked like AI. When we arrived she said wow I guess it’s not AI. Simply amazing!

I do not have any complaints. The place is neatly put together. It has a clean aesthetic making it comfortable for everyone. It's loaded with amenities. The host is very friendly and quick to communicate. The beds are comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking.

Best VRBO ! Clean, comfortable and the most well thought out rental. All of the extra touches was very well thought out and totally unexpected. We were only there for a quick overnight stay for a flight back home but I was totally blown away by all of the extras provided!!!!!

We had an amazing stay! This place had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Beds were comfortable, the beauty room was my personal favorite! The loft area allowed for our adult kids a place to hang out. We would definitely stay here again. Great host as well!!

Pros:The house was well appointed with very nice decor and great amenities. We needed more towels and the host provided them. Being able to use the garage was so nice.Cons:The couch in the living area was noticeably soiled and needs cleaning, we put a blanket over it and it was fine. There is a bird nest under the eves on the front porch with bird dropping on the porch floor which was quite unsightly and should be cleaned up. There was hair in the drawers in the vanity area in the primary closet area and my husband found a used vape pen in the primary bedroom. I think the housekeepers may want to be more thorough in their cleaning. Overall the house is very nice and it was a very comfortable stay. Addressing those few cleaning issues would make the house 5 star. Also the pricing of the rental is susceptible to price surging so renting far advance is not to your advantage. I noticed a 400 increase in my stay versus other days in the days right after. We stay there for a Red Rocks concert so that may be the reason for the increase in daily price.

We stayed for a long weekend girls trip. Perfect location to Red Rocks for a concert and then roaming to Golden, downtown Littleton and the SabtaFe Arts district!! House pointed with anything you could need including coffee, tea and some snacks too!! Quiet neighborhood just have to watch for kiddos riding bikes and scooters in the back driveway! Would def stay here again.

I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this one ranks near the top! Everything is very user friendly. Can’t say enough about how well supplied the kitchen is, Kind of wish we had more time to spend cooking dinners. I counted 3 different ways to make coffee. A whole drawer full of K-cups, creamers, and sweeteners along with multiple kinds of tea is great (sorry we killed all the Kcups, all 4 of us enjoy our morning coffee!) I think the only 2 things we saw the kitchen could have used were oven mitts and kitchen towels. The hosts put a lot of thought to simple conveniences to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Things like directions on navigating the tv, to a framed WiFi network and password notice, to labeling light switches. This definitely would warrant another visit if I’m ever in that area again.

Very user friendly, love the labels and generously stocked essentials - coffee pods, shampoo/conditioner, all kitchen essentials. We had our 16 month old as well, and they included a pack and play, changing pad, toys -- it was great!! Communication was extremely prompt. Clean and great sized kitchen and living room area for our family.

Best home away from home ever

Beautiful very new property, extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly want in a rental property, from toiletries to every possible kitchen item (we especially appreciated the tea and k-cup selection) to a EV charger in the 2 car garage. Literally the best VRBO we have stayed in and that’s a high number. Host was super accommodating and helpful as well. Will be using this property on future visits to the area, completely wonderful!

Picked the property due to its apparent proximity to Red Rocks. Everthing was much better than advertised including house amenities and the diligence of Stacy to make sure everything was squared away

Above expectations!

My husband and I, and our 2 grown sons stayed at this lovely townhome while in Denver for a family wedding. We were immediately struck by the very clean, comfortable and well stocked kitchen/great room. The pleasures continued when we explored the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. The home, the surrounding development and the location were all far above par!

We stayed here at this house for our wedding weekend with a few people in our wedding party. The house was in a good location, close to our venue. The house was comfortable, trendy, and clean. Good space for hanging out- the upstairs and plenty of space as well. A bonus! The master closet had 2 vanities with light-up mirrors which was PERFECT for all my bridesmaids to use while getting ready for the big day. We loved this townhouse. Thanks so much!

Perfectly Beautiful

This townhome was perfectly beautiful! My family of 5 adults and 1 fur baby stayed for 2 nights. We had a wonderful time, space was very new construction, clean, organized and had everything we needed. Perfect location to get anywhere fast, quick freeway access. Host was a great communicator and has an outstanding property. It’s decorated beautifully as well as stylish and comfortable. My 25 year old daughter wanted to move in and stay😊. We will be back to stay and will definitely recommend! Thank You.

Very nice, clean easily accessible property. Had great spaces to gather, and to rest. Separate areas made it easy to be with friends without feeling cramped. Quiet neighborhood, but easy to get to Red Rocks, Denver downtown, Golden, whatever.
