We spent 7 days here celebrating our one year anniversary/honeymoon. The balcony view is unbeatable. It was one of many of our favorite things about this place. This is our second time staying here and most definitely won’t be our last. Thank you Janet for sharing your beautiful place with us.

The Host was excellent in communication with us. We had a very fun time. I would prefer a recliner over a sofa. The floor should've been mopped. The Host provided nice welcome baskets in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked to meet our needs. Thanks so much. We will return.

Condo was beautiful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owner was available and quickly answered any questions we had. They also notified us of city water issues and kept us updated the entire time. Will definitely recommend and stay here again. I loved making memories with my family here. My oldest daughter was able to get a condo just down the hall for her little family so we had lots of family time together. It was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. We lucked up and got first row (balcony) seats to the air show. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean and had everything you could think of. I normally travel with extras but only needed my laundry pods. The view was spectacular. The water was so beautiful this stay! We used the amenities including the beach chairs. I was happy to see groundskeeper Sandy as she was a joy on our last visit.I would definitely stay again if they will have us! As the sign says in the master bath “ if you’re lucky enough to be at the beach, you’re lucky enough”

Relaxing stay

We had a lovely time, sitting on balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening.The heated pool was also very nice.

Great time

Emerald isle condos is a beautiful place to stay. We stayed on the 22nd floor and the view is amazing. Located on the west side of panama city where is less crowded, great for families.

Beautiful unit. Well decorated and comfy. Bathrooms modern and clean. Updated appliances, well stocked kitchen. Amazing views! Dolphins, rays,manatees,turtles and fish.. so cool. Beach chairs,umbrella and parking spot were bonus!! Thanks for being great hosts

Panama City Beach Vacation

The condo was perfect—clean, well-stocked, and with a wonderful parking spot! The property is well-kept, and everything worked great. The two pools and hot tub were awesome. Fast, clean elevators made our stay even better. The location was great for us as well.

Magical Two Weeks

Spring break getaway

Great stay. Very relaxing and peaceful stay. Facilities were nice and quiet. Pools and beach were great. Owners were very proactive with communication about the property and procedures. Would definitely stay again.

Outstanding condo. We have atayed at Emerald Isle several times, and we loved this unit. The views were great, my wife and I enjoyed being on the 22nd floor.We did have an issue with the washer/dryer, we called Janet and she helped us with it,(would recommend new ones)We would love to be repeat guests at this place!!!!!!

First time renting from this owner, but this is the condo complex we always stay at. The unit we stayed in this trip was all that it was advertised to be, meaning everything was well laid out, clean, and the view from the balcony was excellent. Had no issues and the owner responded promptly to all text messages.
