Casa Aventura Unit #2 is a Unique building with plenty of natural light throughout the home. This spacious duplex has a private driveway and it faces the pool and beautiful garden area. This quiet, serene, relaxing duplex is completely separate from Unit #1. Both units may be available to large groups or large families (see Unit 1 listing # 3707652). This vacation home is located on the north end of South Padre Island and it is close to several restaurants and beach bars. It is a short walk the the popular Beach Bar .... Wanna Wanna, hosting live music Fridays and Saturdays (May 22 - Sept 6). You can also walk to beach to Clayton's bar (biggest beach bar in Texas). The home has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a counter height bar with stools. Some of our best times were spent in the kitchen preparing family meals. The comfortable dining table seats 8 and allows for private conversation away from the kitchen. Washer and Dryer are included. The modern style kitchen flows to the spacious dining and living area with 60 inch HDTV. The 12 foot sectional than can be used to sleep additional guests. The second level includes a large master suite with king size bed and walk-in tiled shower. The guest room has 4 twin size beds with full bath. The Pool / back yard area has a beautiful garden and large area for grilling with plenty of patio furniture for guests to sit and enjoy the evenings. Relax on the sun loungers by the pool or take a short walk to the beach. Enjoy the fire work display from back yard every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Free island shuttle service is available year round.

Very well stocked. Beds were very comfy! Swimming pool is mostly shaded most of the day so if you have little ones they will not get burned! Patio area was incredible! I would highly recommend this property!

la propiedad en buen estado “pero”el trato con los encargados pesimo. Tengan cuidado con sus depositos buscan cualquier cosa para no regresarlo, uno de las escusas fue. Q tiramos mucha basura en los “botes de basura”. No en casa hay q aclarar, si invitas amigos a una barbecue. Otra excusa, porq dicen q fueron muchos y q se Hospedaron ahi, asi q tienes prohibido invitar amigos. Aunq no se hospeden, No volveria a rentarla. Ni recomiendo a menos de quieran gastar mucho

Hemos usado las mismas amas de casa durante los últimos 2 años y nunca se han quejado de la cantidad de limpieza para ningún invitado hasta ahora. El contrato de alquiler requiere que se tire toda la basura en basudero y no en los pisos y encimeras. El contrato de alquiler requiere no más de 8 personas. Los huespedes invitaron 16-18 personas a cocinar. Familia de este Tamaño necesita alquilar algo más grande que una unidad de 2 dormitorios. $140 del depósito de seguridad fue retenido por daños a la consola de TV y por cargos adicionales de limpieza.
We have used the same housekeepers for the past 2 years and they have never complained about the amount of cleaning for any guest so far. . The rental contract requires that guests put all trash in garbage and not liter the floors. The rental contract requires no more than 8 people in this two-bedroom house. This Guest invited 16-18 additional persons. A Family of this Size needs to rent something larger than a 2 bedroom unit. $140 was withheld from security deposit for damages to the TV console and for additional cleaning charges.
The house was equipped with all the necessities. It was big n comfortable. You have to share the pool if someone rents the other side but the patio area is nice n spacious. Definitely going back next year.
This was the perfect way to get away. The convenience of having pretty much everything you would at home with you is great. I was worried the photos just made this place look like it was more than it was but no the photos were correct. fully furnished, nicely decorated, comfortable, roomy. I was nice being able to cook when i needed, wash clothes after coming from the beach and before leaving. Thank you for the great stay.
La Aventura is located on the North end of the Island. This unit is completely separate from Unit #1. It has a separate entrance, separate garage and pool is directly behind home.
