We had a wonderful 4 day stay..the home was immaculate, The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. The location was great…a very short walk to the beach. Many shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Having your own pool is great, especially for families with children! We definitely would recommend this place.

My adult sons and I stayed here for 4 nights. The location was great--so close to the beach and the private pool was heavenly. The unit was very clean and the kitchen well-equipped for us to do our own breakfast cooking (although I would suggest they replace the large non-stick skillet). The only downside was the uncomfortable mattress on the daybed. As someone who has ran my own short-term rental, I'd suggest they replace that daybed with a twin over double bunkbed.

Nice stay for our mini getaway

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. However, the condition of the pool upon arrival was a bit disappointing. It appeared unclean, with noticeable sand and bugs present in the water.

Best Vacay

Amazing home, loved the private pool. Spacious rooms , kitchen living room. Hard troubles with the remotes for tv. But other then that bit. Everything was awesome. If we ever go back SPI. This is our must return spot.

Beach Get away

This was a good vacation. Everything was as described. The beach within walking distance, and so many activities nearby. The neighbors were friendly and helpful.

The place was nice. One of the beds was extremely hard with the pull out. I feel like they could have had a king in the master bedroom and queens in the others. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the pool lights and the outside power plug didn't work. There was only 1 extra roll of toilet paper in each restroom and we were 6 and the bathrooms didn't have hand soap. The batteries un all the remotes were dead.and the hand rails were held together with tape. There were no extra trash bags.

Awesome townhome and fantastic owner

We absolutely loved our stay. Townhome was clean and very nice. Everything you need is in the kitchen! The swimming pool and patio is a great place to relax! We will definitely rent this again!

Nice property

We like staying in a place with a private pool and this fit the bill. First night was peaceful but the second night, one of the backyard neighbors shared the music until 2:00 am. The property listed a hot tub and grill but both were missing. Didn’t mind about the hot tub and we brought our portable grill.

This little place was perfect for our family. The pool was great and the house is a short walk from the beach. A little outdated but worked great for what we needed.

Great location on South Padre

Wonderful condo within walking distance to the beach! Close to everything . Backyard pool was warm with nice patio. Pet friendly, the fenced yard was a plus! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back sometime if we ever get to Padre again.

Clean and convenient- small upgrades would make it stellar!

The property was clean and provided everything we expected. We are appreciative! A few low cost upgrades would really put it even more ahead of the rest: 1. Upgrade TVs: unfortunately the weather wasn’t Beach perfect and we ended up at home often, we noticed the size of the tv, catch a couple on sale and you’d be set 2. On the same vine, wifi could be better 3. Replace blankets with done with no holes, some can be found at Costco for good prices 4. Just get rid of the fold up chairs, they were older and had some stains 5. Ensure there are full sets of plates, at least the number of the people the house can hold times two The pool was a great feature and we’re very appreciative!!

Enjoyed Our Stay

We loved the location with just a short walk to the beach and corner store. Also loved having a private fenced in back yard with a pool. The condo was clean and well equipped. Our family will definitely be back for another stay.
