We live in Coral gables and love our beach apartment. We travel quite a bit and rent our beach apartment during the winter months. We pride in the excellent care of our apartment.

This condo is in the best location of Miami Beach. Upscale area, safe and walking distance to restaurant, shops supermarket, banks etc.. The town of Surfside has a great downtown area filled with restaurants and stores. You Crosss the street and you are on the beach. The perfect place to walk to everything. Gracery store (Publix) 2 blocks away.
