The design is inspired by a tiny home. Private Studio which includes 1 private bathroom and kitchenette with laundry facility in the common corridor. The lobby of building, hallway with laundry machines and pool area are common areas. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella at the beach kiosk located on the beach facing the building (Esteban’s Place) using the private beach pass card provided with your stay.
Lobby door and gate entry to and from the beach work with the same key.

Check in process was well documented and easy to do. The parking area is a short walk from the building, there was quite a bit of parking spots at 3rd and meridian. Nothing between you and south beach, a very short walk. Some fun touristy restaurants nearby as well. Great place and great communication with hosts
This property is in a great location. We were within walking distance to most of SoBe. The bed s comfy but small and the room is def tiny but all we did was sleep here. When you get the outdoor key, remember to take it with you though because it unlocked the outside door. It was unlocked most of the time so I didn’t realize this until we left one day and came back several hours later to a locked front door to the building. We were lucky enough to get the barbershop next door to open the door For us but figured we needed to remember the key from then on.

Owners were quick to reply! I enjoyed having access to beach chairs and umbrellas. I like this quieter part of south beach.
The instructions to enter the property were not provided timely. My reservation started at 3pm. However, didn’t get any instructions to enter the property. Had to look around for the people. Luckily found one of the person who reached out to the management. Didn’t receive anything from verbo. Later on the instructions were sent- was already 3.45 pm.
Otherwise the stay was good. Its at a very Convenient location.
