We have been renting in Cape Coral area VRBO’s for the last 10 years and this was by far the best one!! It was updated beautifully furnished and well stocked with anything you might need for vacation! We loved the free champagne and the amenities in bathrooms felt so luxurious! we did have a problem with the opening the side door to the dock… we think it’s needs repair. a few lights were blinking like they might need replacement…other than that, 10 out of 10!!

This villa is exceptional and truly luxurious! It's the most well-appointed and clean rental we've ever stayed in and I was loathe to leave it. The host has thought of everything from lovely, plush bathroom towels, to glassware for every type of drink, to pool and beach toys, to comfortable beds, to an incredible array of cooking tools. Both floors are simply loaded with amenities and the lanai and grill area are impressive. The cleanliness of simply EVERYTHING is outstanding! The house is even better than the photos! We couldn't more highly recommend staying here.

This house checks ALL the boxes. You will not be disappointed. Hosts were so easy to communicate with and addressed our tiny issues immediately. Would definitely go back to this house!
