We stayed here for a family trip to Tahoe and the house was amazing. Incredible layout for a mix of adults and kids. The house was so clean and extremely extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Hosts were extremely quick to respond to messages with lots of detail!
I had an amazing experience staying at this House! The house was fantastic with its hot tub and game room. It provided the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was also incredibly helpful and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway!
Perfect for our family, plenty of room and well stocked kitchen. The property is in a perfect location for whatever your desires. The only disappointment was the pool table. I have 4 competitive sons and the billiard balls are not a complete set, playing 8 ball when there are 3 8 balls was difficult, small complaint, but nonetheless worth mentioning as I am sure it would be a quick fix to have the correct billiard balls. Otherwise, it really was perfect for our party of 12!
We absolutely loved this home for our family reunion! It was a perfect fit for our large group, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and connect. There were two large tables (indoor and deck) that allowed our whole family to eat together comfortably. The kitchen was impressively roomy and well-stocked, making it easy for multiple people to cook and prep meals at the same time. We also appreciated the abundance of plush towels and thoughtful toiletries across the 3.5 convenient bathrooms. Everything felt well-prepared and ready for guests. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They provided extras like floaties, beach chairs, and a cooler for outings to Lake Tahoe. While the home isn’t directly on the lake, it’s nestled in a quiet, scenic neighborhood with a walking path that makes the lake easily accessible (about 3/4-mile walk.)This rental truly stands out from most VRBO listings. It strikes a rare balance: it feels like a cozy home but has the size and layout to accommodate a big group without ever feeling cramped. The hosts were incredibly responsive and easy to reach through the app, and it’s clear they’ve put real care into making the experience seamless. One of the best parts? The simple and stress-free checkout - just take out the trash and start the dishwasher. It made wrapping up our trip hassle free and enjoyable.Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed with our stay. There were several cleanliness and maintenance issues that made the house uncomfortable. When we arrived, the floors were extremely dirty—to the point that our feet turned black just from walking around the house. We ended up having to wear shoes inside the entire time because the floors clearly had not been properly cleaned for a very long time. We jokingly started to call the house the Blackfoot lodge. There was also a very unpleasant smell when we first walked in, and we eventually discovered a completely rotten potato that had been left inside one of the cabinets, but even after throwing that out, the house still had a an unclean scent. The laundry room had an extremely strong, foul odor, so we had to keep the door closed throughout our stay. Downstairs also had a noticeable musty/mold-like smell, so if you are sensitive, the basement was off limits to you.Even though the house was marketed that it had A/C, there was no A/C upstairs, and it became extremely hot and uncomfortable. Even with the windows open all night, there was basically no airflow and it did not cool down. One of the upstairs bedrooms also had no blinds on the windows, which was not ideal for privacy or keeping the room dark. The Wi-Fi was another significant issue. It constantly went in and out throughout our stay. Because of that the TV in first floor did not work. I work from home, so having reliable internet was very important.
