40th Birthday - Unbelievable

Had my sister’s 40th birthday here. What a place!! Each one of the 5 couples there took down the information to book in the future. House is nicely decorated and everything appears to be newly renovated. Kitchen is open to the living area, which looks out over the covered patio, pool, lake area. Stunning. Fire pit for cooler evenings. Pool volleyball net, water slide, pool basketball net. Then there is a sport court with a pickleball court and a basketball net. Then to top it off it is on a lake that you can walk right into and there is a walk on dock with a watercraft ramp right next to the house. Hard to forget the game room and putting green. Oh yea there is a hot-tub under the covered patio and every kind of grill. They had paddle boards and a kayak with life jackets for us to use.Honestly I know what my dream retirement home now looks like.
