We had a wonderful stay at this Orlando home. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing, and heating the pool was definitely worth it on the cooler days. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful, especially when we needed to extend our stay due to a vehicle issue. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, and the location is close to restaurants, shopping, and major attractions. This was our second visit, and we’d happily return again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Very good location to get to conveniences, etc. Parks, etc. We loved the pool to cool off on the hot days. Nice neighborhood too!

Great location and FOOD

The house worked for us perfectly, neighbors were friendly and welcoming, pool was awesome, and the biggest find foodie wise was Mamma Romanos, possibly the best Italian food I’ve ever had! Would definitely stay here again!

Conveniently located to all major parks Only complaint is the neighbor was parked rt at the drive u had to swing wide a lot of party going onbut after it died down it was great.

Great location and layout

We stayed here for 3x nights for a tennis tournament. The layout was friendly for 3x friends and spacious design for lounging but also nice nooks for privacy.Management was very clear on check-in/out policies. There was an alarm for entire house so that was reassuring! Everything was clean and tidy!

everything in the house was as expected. Booking and checkin were flawless. We had a couple of issues, as we would expect from a house and pool of this size, and the property manager dealt with them immediately.We may well stay there again.

Wonderful Escape

Great location, close to grocery and Walmart! Easy commute to Disney/Universal. Heated pool was amazing! All the amenities we needed and pleasant neighbors too!

Great house! The kids loved the pool and it was a convenient drive from Disney and universal. The only issue we had was there wasn’t anything to wash dishes, like dish soap or a sponge, so it was difficult to clean up after ourselves but I managed to do the dishes with my hands and there wasn’t cleaning spray or wipes. Other than that, this house was great and in a great location with an amazing pool!

Universal Trip

The house was good location to everything. We had everything we needed. Things we kept relatively clean. Some old carpet stains, and crazy door alarm to go to pool. The people in the neighborhood park all over the place, front yard, road, wherever and it’s a tight street. Good trip overall.

Nice but dated

We needed to stay close to the USTA national campus for a tennis tournament. This place was 5 miles away and an easy commute. Lots of restaurants a publix and drug stores within a mile of home. While the home is dated it is clean and has everything you neef for your stsy

Safety from hurricane Milton

We choose here coming from Placida Florida to escape storm surge from the hurricane. It was a crazy week of emotions but this home was a solid safe stay for us! Everything in the home was very clean. We had everything we needed for the kitchen. Very convenient location for groceries, shopping and restaurants. Communication was great and when we needed an extra day it was added easily. Was a great stay.

Enjoyed our Florida Vacation

Very nice house, ready when we got there. Paid for heated pool and the last full day there it was ice cold. Ceiling fans and vents were dirty, otherwise we had no isssues besides the baby snake in the pool. Which was taken care of immediately. Would definitely stay with them again.

Thank you very much for your review. We value them very much. We wish we would have been told about the pool going cold, we could have had that fixed that day. It's hard to know when something mechanical will stop working.

Dirty filthy couch in tv area , filthy carpets , leaks in the bathtop and kitchen sink.

The dirty carpets smelled like mold gave us allergy . The sofas in tv area are dirty, bench was full of urine and falling apart. Kitchen towels were not washed , master bedroom mattress cover was not changed after previous couples , dryer left with all the dust from washed rugs .

None of these complaints were made whilst in house. The only communication we had from the guest was she said the pans were not good enough for her, the next morning before 9am we had new pans for her. Of course the linens were washed. Any complaints could have been rectified and its definitely not filthy and I have no idea what bench she is referring to.

Great for a visit to the parks

Property is well described and maintained to a fair standard. You are given clear entry instructions and precise details of what to expect. My only concern was the security - the patio door could be easily opened when locked. A security bar, not very obvious was installed to help overcome this. The garage door could equally be easily opened when locked just by tugging at it, again a second line of defence was provided with a double internal door lock. There was a foul smell around the washing machine. Otherwise all was good.

Thank you for your review. The security bar we installed on the sliding patio door is the best way to secure that door. And the door leading from the house to the garage has 2 locks on it. So it is very secure. And the house has a whole home alarm system making this home very very secure.

This property was definitely not worth it. When immediately entering into the house, it smells like smoke. We were awakened by the neighbors every single night due to their loud parties and conversations. It was around 1:30am each night in which the neighbors begun this party. The neighborhood is extremely busy, with barely any parking. We could barely fit two cars. I have also never stayed at a house were there were no supplies such as toilet paper or paper towels were provided. It was ridiculous. The only upside is the house was near everything in Orlando.

Thank you for the email but please let me reply. This home is non smoking and there was no smoke smell when we set the home up for your arrival. Regarding the parking, there is a garage which fits 2 cars and a driveway which fits 2 cars, we have also never had anybody say they cant park on the street. The guest stayed for 3 nights and we supply a basic starter kit of 2 toilet rolls per bathroom and one roll of kitchen towel, dishwasher and laundry pods. This is stated before you arrive. We have also never had any complaints about neighbors being loud and none of this was reported to us during their stay.

Great location...perfect layout...few issues

The property location was perfect to the parks. Perfect layout for my family. Biggest issue were the ants in the house getting all over everything. No matter how much we kept food off the counters every time we went into the kitchen or the bathrooms there were ants everywhere! The property manager was great with responding quickly and had pest control come while we were there and put up ant traps. Didn’t work fast enough for our stay but hopefully for the next guest it’s better. Also had a few dirty laundry items left by the pool and in one of the rooms...so maybe the house cleaners can try to make sure things are a little cleaner. Master bathroom also smelled so bad like old pee. Had to wipe it down with Lysol wipes.

The small ants we call crazy ants. They can't be killed by using Raid. You have to feed them some bait that they take back to their hangout and it then kills the rest of them. But it takes a bit of time. We apologize about something being left in the house after the last clean. And with the toilet in the master bath, to error on the side of caution, we pulled the toilet and put a new wax ring on it, when we received this review. That will prevent any smells getting back up around the toilet.

Neighbors vehicles were parked in front of our rental property the entire time we were there. Neighbors place was trashy. The house smelled bad. Pet urine odor on rug. Smoke alarm in master bedroom hanging from ceiling. Spigot in kitchen sink was very loose. On the second day we finally figured out the light switch in the master bedroom was for the lights in the bathroom over the sink. Only lights in master bedroom were two very small lamps on the night stands. Some repairs need to be done to the screen area over the pool.

Wonderful stay overall

We thoroughly enjoyed this house for our visit to Disney and Universal! It took us 20 minutes or less to get to the parks which was awesome. House layout was perfect for a family of 5. Several restaurants and shopping very nearby. The pool was great. I do think it should be clarified that it is not indoors, but screened in. So no swimming unless weather is nice. My only complaint with the rental is there were maybe 7 towels in the whole house. We stayed for a week with 5 people and of course there is the pool. I wish there would have been a note to bring towels or something. Luckily I brought laundry supplies so we were able to wash them daily, but it was very inconvenient. I would still stay again, just bring towels this time.

Beautiful place

This home has it all. There are plenty of bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. The pool was delightful very refreshing. I would definitely stay here again.
