December 2015 Køkkenombygning af Unit 2033 var fuldstændig. Denne to soveværelse enhed har en kingsize seng i soveværelset og en dronning seng & 1 dobbeltseng i gæst soveværelse. Enhed 2033 har 3 fladskærms tv og 3 DVD-afspillere. Køkkenet er åbent med alle nye frysere, rustfrit stål apparater og granit bordplader. Spisestue har plads til seks. Enheden har alle nye flisegulve. Master badeværelse har store walk-bruser med komfort højde forfængelighed. Den gæstebadeværelse har et fuldt badekar og nye komfort højde forfængelighed. Stuen er ny møbleret og har spejlvægge. Vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i enhed for gæst bekvemmelighed. Den store åbne balkon har en smuk udsigt over strand og vand. Nyd din tidlig morgen kaffe eller sen aften snack ud på altanen.

Vi er centralt beliggende i gåafstand fra 5 + restauranter, apotek, købmand, og butikker.
Vi har betagende solnedgange.

Best vacation ever!!!

I loved this condo and the beach is just beautiful. The condo was clean, very spacious, and nicely decorated (perfect for our 3 kids). It had a huge kitchen counter, the bedrooms are very large and so are the bathrooms. The condo was bigger in person. Also, the location was great. We could easily get to many attractions. I would love to bring my family back in the future.

The condo is on the third floor, close to the elevators and short walk to the beach.

Shoreline towers unit 2033

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was a great location with essay beach access. The place was exactly as it was pictured on VRBO. We had plenty of space for our family of 6 and everyone had a great time. The down fall on this trip was construction and is not being able to access our balcony. The plus side to that was that we at least had a view of the ocean from the master bedroom. Overall super pleased and will definitely be visiting again, hopefully very soon.

Please clean the condo floors

When we arrived the condo cleanliness seemed immaculate . However we soon learned that when walking in the floors bare footed they were indeed not clean. So much so that even after showering , before we could put on our shoes, our feet needed to be cleaned again. This was annoying.

Staff was very helpful with blocking the light outside the front bedroom window. The extent of the renovation was a bit more than we expected. We parked out in a parking lot instead of under cover in the parking garage . It was being used for materials for renovations.Views of the gulf are from the side of building not facing to the front . Was a bit of a walk. Would stay again .

Ask questions before you rent here

Before you rent that Shoreline Towers, ask these questions: Is the major construction project complete? If not, will you provide current pictures of this building and of the neighboring buildings before I book it? Can I use my balcony? Can I even see the ocean from my balcony or is the view blocked due to construction? We were disappointed by the debris, the noise, the balcony being closed and locked from the outside, and an obstructed view of the ocean from our room. We knew nothing about the project until after we committed and paid in mid-April, even though the project has been going on all year. That being said, if the project is complete then this would be a nice place to stay. If not, at least ask questions so you know what you are getting into.

Feb March are not good months there cause of cold weather.I have never been there in those beats snow!!!!.

Vacay/evacuation

Loved this place. Book as a vacay for the hubs, me and our 6 year, ended up being an evacuation after no power for days after Hurricane Ida. Will be back! Next hoping just the hubby and me.

Shoreline review

Great location. Right on beach, close to everything including some things within walking distance. When we arrived we were told one of our two toilets was not working and was an issue for us because the working bathroom was inside the entrance to our bedroom. People had to come inside our bedroom to go to the bathroom, obviously a problem at night time for sure. It was out for three days. When I rent on VRBO I always rent places with a bathroom for every bedroom. We contacted management for some sort of refund but never heard back. Oh well. Overall great family time!

2021 Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 6th year staying here and we love Shoreline Towers and the Destin area. It is located close to everything you will need. (Restaurants, Grocery Store, Shopping etc..) The condo is clean, quite and relaxing. Daniel and Mandy are the most efficient and friendly beach set-up people ever. The pool and grill areas are clean and convenient for a chill evening and letting the kids swim. My only complaint is when you have an issue, they have the office number on the check in packet. Every time you call the number, they will direct you to call someone else such as housekeeping, maintenance etc. I would really like to call the office and they handle calling whomever to solve your issues. BTW we never had maintenance come fix the wifi.

Amazing View, wouldn't consider "newly renovated"

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the condo is absolutely amazing, but the condo is beat up in a lot of areas. The fan on the patio is rusted over and looks like it might have caught on fire at some point. The furniture was nice, but I would no longer advertise this as newly renovated. Things like the baseboards and curtains need a deep clean. There is a lot of dust and scuffs everywhere, but I imagine it gets used a lot. Coffee machine needs to be replaced. It was somewhat annoying that they won't let you leave anything behind because it would have been nice for us if some things had been left from other guests, such as cooking spray, coffee filters, trash bags, etc. Since we had to buy all of these things I left them behind hoping the next guest would get to enjoy them rather then buying new coffee filters. However, they were clear in the listing that nothing additional was provided in the condo so I expected that. Not even more than one trash bag. There was a lot of noise from other guests when we stayed, but the owners can't help that. We finally called at 1am and the security guard asked them to quiet down but they didn't respect or listen to him and continued until 4am. The building is a little rundown, but the view from the condo absolutely cannot be beat. You can walk right out onto the beach.

Vacation Rental

The first thing that I noticed when walking into the unit is the smell because the thermostat was set on 72. The smell got a tad better when I turned the air conditioner down to 68 and Used room spray. Also the air conditioner was held on 68° and could not be set lower. So that was a downfall. Also the floors were very sandy in the in tables were very dusty. The patio furniture could be updated along with the living room furniture that is worn out. The fan on the patio was very rusted, and even one of the blades were off. There were no rugs in this unit especially by the beds. That would help with getting the sand off. The trash cans were all filthy with dirt and grime under the trash bags. Very displeased with this condo and the unit. The microwave is too small and cannot even cook popcorn accurately.
