It was a great location. Noisy but it ends at 11pm The furniture is outdated and but adequate seating. The master shower so tiny you cannot get out of direct water flow. The kitchen table is too big and one has to be careful moving between it and the bar to get to living room. Outside screen door to hall does not latch. The managers and host for that matter were both quick to respond if I reached out. My family unfortunately locked ourselves out and within the hour someone came to let us in, with a charge of 35.00. Enjoyed it

Dissatisfied

The screen door will not remain closed unless locked from the inside. Many of the dishes and silverware had been put away dirty. I had to wash everything before using it. The kitchen dishes and pots and pans are not in any order, for example, the pot might be in a lower cabinet and the cover in a cabinet over the stove. Everything in the cabinets was in complete disarray. They need to be emptied, cleaned, and organized. The refrigerator is too large for the space, therefore the cabinet near it can’t be opened all the way making it difficult to reach the pots stored in that area. The kitchen table is way too large for the kitchen, if fully used it completely blocks entrance to the unit. The carpet is filthy and needs to be replaced. The unit states it is a no smoking unit, yet there were used ashtrays on the deck. The blinds on the sliding door are broken, and the wand to open/ close them was missing. The window in the master bedroom does not open. The door in the master bedroom going out to the deck does not open and looks like it has been severely damaged. It needs to be replaced. The air-conditioning unit in the bedroom is so loud it can’t be used.

Comfortable enough!

We have stayed at many different condos at A Place At The Beach in past years. 3H was comfortable enough. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. The furniture was okay. We enjoyed being oceanfront but are getting a little too old to rent on the third floor. That was quite a hike, especially moving in and out. The weather was wonderful the week we were there which made for an excellent vacation!
