Perfect House

We've had our family vaca in the Florida/Bama area for over 30 years. Dolphin Pass is now our favorite house. I'm about to book for next year. It was EXTREMELY clean (I'm very much a neat freak). It's been totally updated, and we had everything we could possibly need. There were plenty of towels, beds were very comfortable, & kitchen was well stocked. The home is secluded from the road in a quiet upscale neighborhood. It is a 15-20 minute drive to the main groceries in Gulf Shores, but there are small groceries & Dollar Store nearby for basic things. There were numerous amenities to enjoy in Kiva Dunes. We had no maintenance issues, not even minor, which is unusual in a short term rental. If you want to golf at Kiva Dunes GC, book it early as there were no t-times when we were here. We golfed at the Gulf Shores Golf course which was nice. My husband, the cook, loved the Blackstone grill. He's getting one for our house now. There were 3 coffee pots, 2 regular perk & 1 Keurig. You might want to bring a few extra kitchen hand towels. They provided a nice starter kit with shampoos, creams, & body washes in each bathroom as well as kitchen & laundry room starter items. I loved the 3 pm check in time. Most places are 4 pm. We needed to unload our car so we could do the grocery shopping, & this helped a lot. There is a small closet in the garage with beach toys & floaties. I highly recommend Dolphin Pass!!
