If you love adventure, opportunities to relax and have fun and be active and enjoy nature in a beautiful environment - you will love this vacation destination in Sunny St. George, Utah. Come experience one of our favorite places to vacation! This is a great, family friendly 2 bathroom and 2 bedroom condo with an extra hide a bed in the couch to sleep 8 adults comfortably. In this top floor penthouse you have no neighbors or overhead noise and the views from the large shaded balconies, front and back, are stunning. Located in the center of the beautiful Sports Village Resort with views of and quick access to the several Tennis and Pickleball Courts, basketball court, sand volleyball court, playground and 2 large pools (one heated Feb-Nov), 2 hot tubs (one for adults only), indoor game room with mini golf (the kids and teens love this) and racquetball courts, as well as a beautiful and spacious clubhouse and workout room. The condo is a few minutes from downtown St. George site seeing, shopping, and dining. There is a great mix of quaint buildings and modern attractions to appeal to many tastes and moods. It is only 8 miles from beautiful Snow Canyon, 20 minutes to Sand Hollow and Quail Creek Reservoirs and about 40 minutes to breathtaking Zion National Park. Its close to Ivins Reservoir, which is a free place for the whole family to hike and swim and see sweeping views of the spectacular red rock mountains and is on the way to Gunlock Falls. Golfing, hiking and biking trails and beautiful views of the St. George Valley are all close by (we especially love Pioneer Park, a natural wonder right by downtown, that provides amazing hiking and exploring experiences for all ages). You can enjoy the many shops and restaurants nearby and visit historic sites like the St. George Temple, the many museums, and even Native American hieroglyphics. If you have little kids, don't miss Thunder Junction - an all abilities park that is free for visitors. This condo is stocked with everything you need for the perfect family vacation-games, movies, treats, towels and equipment for the pool and sports amenities. It is also a great place if all you want to do is relax and just cozy up with a book on the couch, or enjoy a drink on the large balcony that gives you visual access to the beauty of this wonderland of Nature. We came for my son’s soccer tournament. It was a great central location. Lots of people were out during our stay using all of the sports facilities and it was fun to watch from the balcony and participate when it worked for our schedule, There’s definitely tons of stuff to do here, including squash courts!!

Great Fall break getaway

We have stayed in sports village VRBOs for many years. The place was great. Disappointed more in the clubhouse this time - closes early on weekends (used to be 11:00 and now 10). The tennis/pickleball court needs to be resurfaced. Definitely wear and tear at the pool.

Loved our stay! It was spacious and very clean. The coolest part was the amenities. The village has sports courts, outdoor pools, and indoor sports that kept us busy during our stay. It was only 30 minutes from Zion’s National Park, and just over an hour to the Vegas Strip. Highly recommend this place for a family trip/ couples trip. The Penthouse was a secure location and safe place to stay. Sarah was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will be back, thanks Sarah!

BEST VACATION RENTAL WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT!

The place was easy to access. My teenagers went straight to the heated pool and hot tub which they enjoyed a lot, along with the indoor game room! We loved being treated with a gift basket, it was super yummy! The beds were comfy including the sofa sleeper. The view from the deck was beautiful and relaxing! The kitchen was fully stocked and all three of my teens loved making Hot Chocolate, so that was a plus! The place was very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a good family home away from home this is the place. The kids had a blast! We all were able to relax. Very nice place I highly recommended it!

Incredible Family Trip!!!

This condo and location in St. George was amazing! First the condo was clean and spacious for our large family. The deck overlooking the property was really nice. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with the things we needed for cooking and eating. It was awesome to be able to explore all the outdoor adventures of St. George, but then be able to come back to the condo to soak in the hot tub, swim, play basketball, pickleball, and so many other things that are available as a part of your stay. The host was so easy to work with and communicated well everything we needed to enjoy our stay. One of the best family vacations we have ever had! My kids were never bored and always had things they wanted to do. You will not regret booking your stay here!!!

I love Saint George! I grew up in California and miss the mild winters there now that I live in Utah. I escape the cold by visiting Saint George, but can't stay there all year with work. Getting a condo here and short term renting it made it possible for us to visit often and let others enjoy it when we can't. I love the chance to create a great experience for people on vacation or needing a place to stay for sports tournaments. It is a chance to use my talents to benefit myself and others.

Why they chose this property

Green Valley is the west side of St. George that is surrounded by golf courses, trails and natural beauty. There is plenty of trees and green landscape, amid the amazing natural beauty of the desert around us. I love the Sports Village Resort because I love being active with all the sports courts and pools, and the indoor amenities make it possible to stay active even in the heat of the summer and inclement weather. I love the beauty of nature and exploring and there is so much to do in St. George. Only 5 minutes from biking and hiking trails, golfing and restaurants and only 10 minutes from downtown shopping and historic sites, 20 minutes from Snow Canyon and reservoirs for watersports. Only 40 minutes from Zions National Park.

What makes this property unique

Amazing views of nature and the amenities because it is on the top floor, all to yourself, with no next door neighbors. The large shaded balconies on the front and back are great private outdoor space, and guests have access to all the resort amenities. We have comfortable sleeping for 8 adults and an office space, great for a comfortable work trip, a couples getaway, a tournament stay or a family vacation.
