You can have it all! Our completely renovated three bedroom plus sleeper den and four full bath cottage offers Caribbean charm with modern sensibilities and crisp design. Downstairs features a full kitchen and laundry, super comfy sofa lounge in the living area with full bathroom and adjacent to the sleeper den, all facing an expansive dining/entertaining terrace with bar and views of the ocean that go on forever.

Upstairs you'll find three well-appointed bedrooms, each with a full bath, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet with safe. Two bedrooms offer king bed and views to the sea while the third bedroom offers two twin beds (can be joined into king) and views of the horses and polo field. Your private staff will ensure that each and every whim is carefully taken care of and that you experience true charming Caribbean hospitality. You will become so relaxed that you will want to stay on for longer -- don't worry mon we will make more sun-filled holidays just for you.

Amenities include a full custom all-wood bar, full kitchen with gas stove/oven, full fridge, microwave, dishwasher and grill, dining and lounging for up to seven persons. All downstairs areas offer ceiling fan, recessed lighting, and air conditioning and a 65" flat screen TV for streaming. Various dining options are within 10-15 min drive; two groceries within a 5 min drive offer online ordering and delivery; airport transfers and a large offering of Tours (including Green Grotto Caves, Dunn's River, Dolphin Cove, Bob Marley's birthplace Nine Mile, horseback riding and zip line tours) can all be arranged in advance or as you wish.

We got together with family for Christmas, and everything was delightful. We were concerned that the hurricane might have done more damage, but St. Ann seems to have been spared the worst of it. As always, the locals were friendly and always willing to teach us Jamaican (which usually elicited a laugh when we got it wrong). The highlight of our stay was the housekeeper (Jackie). She cooked for us on nights we didn’t want to go out and is a wizard in the kitchen. Her jerk chicken and callaloo was amazing, and she made a separate sauce the those who wanted it spicy.

We had such an absolute wonderful time to start off, the communication process was so quick and easy anytime I had a question within minutes I would get a response. The location is absolutely gorgeous. We took so many pictures and drone footage. It’s honestly one of a kind it was my first time in Saint Ann’s in Jamaica. I’ve been in other areas, but oh my God this location is just so peaceful. Jackie was also so great and sweet and kind. We had the best birthday ever, an overall beautiful, clean, peaceful atmosphere and location. I’d highly recommend booking if you’re looking. We’ll definitely be coming back when in Jamaica! Thank you so much one of my favorite over sea vacations by far.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the villa! Waking up to a gorgeous sunrise & sunset with a great view of the ocean was a treat.The listing is as advertised, Jackie was our concierge, and she’s amazing! She made our check in seem less. She took great care of us, gave us local suggestions and restaurants to check out.Location was safe and central. Dunns River attraction is about twenty minutes away and horseback riding at Chukka was right next door.Overall a relaxing vacation.

The Most Beautiful Time

The most peaceful and beautiful place. Everything is better than describied and there's no picture that can do it justice. It's a place you just have to experience. Great communication, convenient check-in/out process and very helpful staff! I loved my stay. It was perfect! I'd 100% recommend.

Home away from home paradise

My friends and I stayed here to bring in my 30th birthday. Bringing in my birthday and the new year at the villa was the perfect start to the year. We absolutely loved the space. It is clean, organized and peaceful. The villa is up to date, trendy and cozy. The communication from the host was great and the pictures, which are amazing as is, dont do the villa justice. Returning to my home country to this space was just what I needed. We have to also give a special note to Ms. Jackie, the villa staff. She made a special acknowledgement of my birthday, which was really speacial to me. She now has a special place in all of our hearts. She was attentive and thoughtful and made out experience so much better and left us feeling like she is part of our family. My family, friends, and I no longer want to stay at any other location that we have visited because we truly fell in love with this villa and the community of staff they have created. We cannot wait to return later this year. We are honored to be among the first guests at the villa!

Relaxing family vacation

Take Five is a lovely villa in a beautiful setting with knowledgeable property managers and a fantastic housekeeper/chef, Jackie. Kevin handled the initial communication during our planning of the trip, and he was accommodating and timely with his responses. Vicki, the onsite property manager, was helpful and resourceful. I will say, though, that Vicki's demeanor towards the staff and outside vendors was unpleasant and did not make me feel good. Furthermore, for the duration of our stay, Vicki recommended a tip of 10-15%. For the duration of our trip, that amount was $1,800.00. I expressed that that figure was more like a salary than a tip because the listing stated Jackie's services were included. This made me conclude that Jackie is underpaid and undervalued by the villa property manager. And for this reason, I would not revisit Take Five. Additionally, there is no indoor seating to dine; you must eat outdoors.

A perfect vacation spot!

We had a wonderful stay at the Take Five villa! It’s a beautiful property and the villa was perfect— clean, comfortable, and set up to enjoy ocean views from the comfort of the patio. It fit our needs perfectly. Jackie is a wonderful cook and incredibly helpful in arranging taxis, excursions, menu planning, etc. She made our stay special and we appreciated her very much! We would absolutely stay at the villa again— highly, highly recommend! **Some things to consider: either book & pay for excursions in advance or bring a lot of cash! For example: cash for airport transfer each way, taxis are about $75-150 (or more depending where you go) for each excursion, some destinations insisted on cash vs debit card for admission (ie: Blue Hole), and of course there are a lot of opportunities to tip, especially to the Villa staff. Moral of the story: you can’t have enough cash on hand! L&M grocery delivery is very convenient, but make sure you plan for a couple days worth of meals up front! We planned for the night we arrived through lunch the next day, but then we were scrambling to send another grocery order the next morning in time for delivery. Overall, we had a wonderful stay & we will always fondly remember Take Five Villa!

The location is perfect. Close to supermarkets and sightseeing. But off the beaten path. You have the view of the mountains and the ocean.

The villa is newly renovated. The furnishings are comfortable and the design is simple and tasteful. Great attention to detail. It's is situated in a spectacular seaside location with so many offerings nearby -- you can stay really busy or just fall asleep under a shady tree, go for a swim in the pool or in the ocean. The perfect place for you to "Take Five".
