Your comments to me during your stay were certainly very different to what you are writing on your review. I went out of my way to make sure you would be comfortable and satisfied, however, it is impossible to please someone who continuously said everything was ok, and then turn around and say it was not what he expected. Well, I assume you are not what I expected either. Life usually works both ways

Christmas in Costa Rica

I took my family to Costa Rica (7 of us), and we stayed at Casa Cristal Villas. We had a fantastic stay! The villa was clean, modern, spacious, and had gorgeous views from the balconies and windows. Zeida was the absolute best helping me plan the visit, and during the time we were there. Abner was a professional, funny, and knowledgeable driver, and his staff was great. The chefs were amazing and very sweet. I miss their cooking. The housekeepers were very friendly and professional. Zeida helped set up everything, and while I was there, she assisted me with the language barrier when I could not translate. There were no surprise fees or prices, and everything is exactly as we talked about prior to. I would definitely recommend this property and plan to return!

Two Nights in Eacazu

A beautiful home, in a gorgeous setting. Though the owners employees were pleasant. Attention to detail was lacking. A home with 6 bathrooms, and only 2 had toilet paper. No towels were provided in 3 of the bathrooms. No paper goods in the kitchen. When we asked for these items, they were provided without hesitation. We would rent the property again.

As I mentioned when you requested the toilet paper, it was an oversight by the housekeeper. This never happens but it was obviously a mistake that day. She actually has a brother in critical condition in the hospital, and it understandable that her mind was not 100 percent on her job that day. However, it is important that I mention that we all pay a lot of attention to detail.

Beautiful Home and great hospitality!

Even more beautiful than the pictures! Zeida was wonderful helping us plan our stay. Her response to any question was answered promptly. She helped us make arrangements for a driver and a Chef to prepare a delicious Surf and turf meal at the house. The driver ( Abner) was punctual, informative, and very friendly. Victor was there to greet us when we arrived and throughout our stay he graciously made sure we had everything we needed. The view is absolutely fabulous!!! I can’t wait to come back!
