Cute renovated older duplex. Swamp cooler is the cooling system for the unit, so there was a musty odor and it was quite noisy. Washer and dryer were a plus.

The place was clean and comfortable. I was not impressed with the swamp cooler’s condition. It needs to be cleaned, there was a weird smell throughout the house. Also, there is not a dishwasher, if that concerns you. It was okay for a quick 2 night stay in Grand Junction.

I am sorry you weren’t impressed with the evaporative cooler’s condition. The unit itself is on the roof, if you think it needs cleaned I’ll have a company come take a look and get it clean. Thanks for your feedback.
