Cozy 1 bedroom condo with a pull out couch and a balcony. Minutes from I-70. Walking distance to trails, shops, & restaurants. Centrally located in Grand Junction Colorado. Close to St. Mary's hospital, and the downtown area which host a number of music and art festivals as well as farmer's markets. There are walking paths on the property with a pond, and you can enjoy the use of an indoor pool, exercise room and sauna. Coin operated laundry available. Grand Junction Colorado is home to the Grand Mesa the largest flat top mountain in the world. Also boasting of the Colorado National Monument where there are many trails to explore. Grand Junction is also know for it's many bike trails, hiking, skiing, rafting and outdoor activities.

The place was super clean, with all the immensities needed for a week long stay. Easy access. The host was an excellent communicator and very helpful with any questions. Great location central to everything. Would absolutely stay there again.

We spent 2 weeks here around Labor Day. We enjoyed the apartment very much, it was nice to prepare our own meals and we also enjoyed the use of the pool. There is a first come first serve parking area in the back that was close for easy coming and going. Would stay here again next time in Grand Junction

We stayed here for country jam, and it was perfect. The host was very responsive to requests. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great to the concert. And parking was easy.

Great quiet place to stay

This was a great place to stay! It was quiet and just a short drive to anything you need. I give them props as well for being very quick to respond. A battery got low to a smoke detector and it began chirping. They immediately responded asking what time we would like them to come out in a new battery. Nice easy to work with people. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable. Great bed.

The home is so clean! The hosts were so wonderful! This place has everything to offer around it. Shops, food, coffee personal parking and much more! I enjoyed being here for 3 months! I would definitely do it again! A!

Nice Little Place

The area is very centrally located and it super easy to get to the campus and airport. It’s a perfect place for 2 people to spend a couple days away from home.

Great location in Grand Junction

I stayed here while visiting my daughter. It’s very close to the airport and downtown which was nice. The condo was just as described, very comfortable and clean and had everything I needed. I appreciated how reasonably priced it was and I would definitely stay again!
