FOUR BEDROOM! Beautiful Home near Brownwood town square

This beautiful, new home is centrally located between Brownwood Town Square and Sawgrass Center. Golf, pickle ball, pools, Rec centers, nightly entertainment and restaurants are all an easy golf cart ride. Perfect for two couples but room for four, there is a master bed and bath and a separate guest suite that closes off from the main living area. The oversized lanai is screened in and has shades. The Villages is a retirement community.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

February Vacation

The property was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 5. The rationale for only giving 4 stars overall is because there were no dressers in any of the bedrooms making it very difficult when staying for an entire month. I also expected more than 1 TV in a 4 bedroom property.

Beth, I’m sorry you weren’t totally pleased with the house! I agree 100% that we need dressers and it’s on my list for this month while we are at the Villages. Sorry it wasn’t done before you got there! As for the TVs, we have only turned the one in the living room on twice so I never thought of TVs in the bedrooms. For future guests if you are reading this, we will have dressers in the bedrooms but I’m afraid we won’t get TVs in the bedrooms. I want grandkids 😉.
