Just a great place to stay. Kids thought we were already at Disney World. Made it a truly fantastic family get away, and couldn't ask for a more comfortable bed to kick my feet up at the end of the day. Kids couldn't even find anything to complain about. Amazingly wonderful!

This property is gorgeous! It’s clean, comfortable and convenient! My kids absolutely LOVED the entire house! They had a blast in their own themed room and especially loved playing in the decked out game room! It’s also really close to Publix so it made running to the store for groceries super quick and easy! I would stay here whenever we come back!

Disney themed vacation house

The house was beautifully decorated. It was well equipped with everything we could think of. The host contacted us a few times to make sure all was good. The game room and theater room were a definite hit with the kids. The amenities in the community were nice and just a short walk from the house. Theme parks were close by.

GREAT PLACE TO GET AWAY *** FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our previous Vrbo reservation was cancelled just over 24 hours before our arrival by the host, John DArpa, for Property: 2657214, “Tropical Haven 8 BR Vila, with NO REASON OR personal COMMUNICATION. Franticly searching for a place for three families from Ohio to stay, I messaged Wesley from Caprock Rentals and within the hour he messaged me back, answering my questions, and helping me take care of the payment situation since my funds from the previous house was tied up and pending receipt of refund. Thank you Wesley for going the extra mile for us!! Now, about the house- what can’t I say about it?? It was so clean, fresh, well presented, and very welcoming! The rooms were very comfortable, awesomely decorated knowing there was definitely time, effort and detail put into every room. There was essentials for bathroom and kitchen to get you started and all cooking items needed. Host was very respectful, responsive, and reliable the entire stay! Thank you Caprock Rentals; we’d rent from them again!!
