The they was great the only issue I had is that the washing machine was not working but overall my children and I had a nice time at resort.

Good resolution

Our initial rental property sprung a leak in the ceiling of a bedroom our first night. The manager was able to find us an even better property into which we could move for the remainder of our stay the next day, after responding even though I initially reached out at almost 1 AM. Very satisfied with the resolution.

There was cockroaches in property about 1 inch long there charged more then was quoted and i had no choice but to pat it because when theye did it was when the last payment was due VRBO did nothing for me on it other then to tell me to talk to the property manager about it personally i rented it through vrbo that should not have been my problem i have rented many propertys through VRBO and have always had great stays this was the first time i had a problem and found out what they do for you and how much they stand behind their clients We are planing a trip to rome venice paris and ireland for july of next year and i was searching VRBO but now im not sure that we will use them
