Check in was the easiest I've encountered. We mainly stayed there to sleep so we didn't spend a lot of time there but it was clean and spacious. We loved the motion sensor lights in the kitchen and there was plenty of coffee. Thanks!

Chose property due to location near family. It's tucked away in a development that has the same street name ending in multiple ways (Dr, Ave, Ct, etc type of street) so that was a little confusing in the dark. Once you've driven it in daylight it's easy to find. We enjoyed the trail behind the house (got one driveway over and there is an access entrance). We suggest your turn right and then turn right when you get to the Y as there was a Nature Preserve up there. We enjoyed the round table in the kitchen as that was our gathering place for the four of us staying there to have our morning and evening family conversations.

Perfect location for our needs. Host and property manager were very responsive when contacted. House was clean, spacious, and functional. We'll be staying there again sometime in the future!Liked: cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy, beautifully upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. We will recommend this property to our friends!

We stayed at this location while in the area for a family graduation. The property was spotless and provided us plenty of space to relax and hang out with family members throughout the weekend.

It was a wonderful four night stay! The host has done a great job of stocking the kitchen for making in-home meals. We loved the location. Loved the outdoor sitting area for our morning coffee! We took advantage of the multi-use trail next to the townhome. One morning we saw two baby farms running and playing near mama doe. We enjoyed going to Parker just a quick drive from there which had everything one would ever need for shopping and entertainment. In short, the whole experience was wonderful. Highly recommend.

The property was great and met our needs perfectly. The listing was accurate, the premises was clean, the check in process was simple, the location met our needs perfectly. Access to the south Denver metro area trail system was conveniently close. We were able to easily store some of our gear in the garage. There was enough room in the garage to park a car, if we didn't have gear we were storing. Grocery stores and restaurants were close by, and access to E470 and I25 were close enough to make a couple of trips into Denver quick and easy. Overall, the property was a comfortable home base for us for the few days we were in town.

The property met our needs. It was pet friendly. We were surprised the only bathrooms were up the stairs. This could prove to be difficult if you have mobility issues. The host communications was timely. We had a few issues but Eric responded quickly. The location was great for what we had going on. Be aware parking could be a little issue if you have two vehicles. The garage was available but items stored there prevented me from using it.

Fantastic home for a couple or family. Wonderful neighborhood and access to shopping and major roads. The home was sparkling clean, comfortable beds, plush towels and beautiful kitchen. Host was timely with check in instructions. I highly recommend!

The kitchen was well equipped as were the two bathrooms. There was no shortage of anything that we needed. Since we brought our dog with us, we appreciated having the walking trail around the creek just outside the door. There is also a large grassy area just a few hundred feet away for taking care of “business”. The host was extremely prompt in all of our communications.

Cute n comfy

Host was amazing! Allowed us to check in early so we could attend a concert we had booked last minute. The house is absolutely adorable it had everything we needed, and was very clean and tidy! Perfect distance to all attractions. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Very clean & comfortable. Could use some side tables for lamps in living room. Also there is a flight of stairs to use to get up to all bedrooms & bathrooms. So if your old might have issues.

Quick Denver trip

We had my wife and myself, 3 teenage girls and one under the age of 10. Having 2 bathrooms had its momemts with 4 girls, but by far was better than any hotel. The kitchen made up for that, they would’ve broke the bank with the amount of food they consumed. The property was immaculately clean. We enjoyed our stay and what the property had to offer

Cherry Creek Gem

Would have given this property 10 stars if I could. Comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean and convenient to everything in Denver and surrounding areas. Host was available and responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had. Home was outfitted with everything you could need. The added bonus for us was access to the Cherry Creek Trails for hiking and biking. Beautiful trails that we hiked daily! We hope to stay there again in the future!

great family home

House was very clean, well maintained and easy to feel at home in. Wifi was fabulous (important for those members of my family to work from home) and access to television important for a wind down after our daily trips. Area is really nice and safe, and travel to various areas of Denver easily accessible. Owner communication was easy and quick, but I had no issues anyway. I would highly recommend this listing and would visit it again in the future.
