This vacation let your family enjoy the scenic beauty, great views and lovely interiors offered at our semi-oceanfront home known as “So Far So Good”.

This marvelous vacation home is beautifully decorated and features expansive wrap around decks in the true “Outer Banks” style. Along with great ocean views, “So Far So Good” boarders on the Cape Hatteras National Seashore Park and Public beach access is a few houses south at Jay Street or 176 yards away at June Street.

Spend your evenings relaxing in the soothing hot tub while being amazed of how clearly you can see the wondrous constellations overhead.

Just a short walk to the Community pool and tennis courts.

Community Pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

I would rent this house again

The house was walking distance to the two beach access paths, pool and tennis courts. The inside steps have very sturdy handrails on both sides for the handicapped or elderly. The outside steps have handrails on one side. The wrap around decks on levels 2 and 3 have plenty of seating. The house includes some beach chairs, umbrellas, a boogie board and a wagon that weren't listed in the description. The back yard is spacious for games. The three TV's use Roku, which made watching regularly scheduled programming pretty much non-existent. But who wants to watch TV while on vacation?! There are separate A/C settings for floors 2 and 3. The kitchen was well equipped except it doesn't have a cookie sheet. The freezer has an ice maker for making adult beverage drinks. The check-in and out process was very easy. Note: even though the rental price is listed, be aware that linens and towels are an additional expense, as are optional insurances. Be aware that Vrbo charges an additional fee that isn't shown anywhere. It showed up on my credit card account.

So Far So Good

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice house and comfortable for the 10 of us. Like staying in South Creek Acres with ability to walk safely on side road. close walk to the pool and to feed the turtles! Would like a grill; we had to rent one. Also would like a couple of metal jelly roll pans. Great beach chairs and a wagon to carry everything to beach!
