Ofrece alojamiento para 2 personas con WiFi ilimitado y gratuito, a menos de 5 minutos de las paradas de metro, autobús y tren. La propiedad está ubicada en una calle muy tranquila y está en el 5to piso. El ascensor lo ayudará a acceder a la unidad con su equipaje, tiene aire acondicionado y podrá disfrutar de un buen desayuno en una terraza florecida y hermosa. TV LCD plana, una cocina totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades asegurará un descanso agradable y tranquilo después de un día en la ciudad. La terraza está en la parte delantera y el dormitorio en un jardín privado.

Great host at big apartment within Paris

Beautiful Apartment in Wonderful Location

Remy’s apartment is a dream come true. It’s the nicest apartment that we have stayed in on our visits to Paris. The terrace in the front and the garden view in the back unite the apartment with the lovely 16th arrondissement Paris. It’s a great location with thriving restaurants and shops nearby. Treat yourself to an excellent stay.

Wonderful Stay!

The host and property were excellent. The AC, balcony, kitchen, and washer-dryer made it perfect for our three week stay. The location was superb, with the Seine, major attractions, and multiple Metro stops close by. The host was very responsive to our needs. Just a wonderful experience, and we will be happy to stay there again on our next visit to Paris.

Wonderful hospitality

Remy was generous in helping us obtain a luxurious ride from CDG to his place, showing us how to work all the electronics and making dinner reservations. The place is filled with gorgeous art and is very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Artistic Gem in the 16th

Beautiful apartment, not only with all the great furnishings and the great location, but the art work enhanced the experience. Easy check-in. I had to work most of the week we were in Paris, but at the end of the day it was a pleasure to have a lovely apartment to come back to.

Live like a Parisian!

Do not hesitate to rent this property! Perfectly clean, quiet, and comfortable. Very spacious flat. Several neighborhood cafes nearby. Remy is a very attentive host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location - quiet street but within walking distance to the Seine, Eiffel Tower, multiple options for public transportation, and more. Can't thank Remy enough - he was very accommodating and hospitable. Clean, well-equipped apartment with a nice balcony and air conditioning.

Wonderful host, beautiful apt, great neighborhood!

It was so nice after a hectic day at say the Louvre surrounded by tourists, to return to this nice neighborhood where you are mostly seeing kids come and go from school. It’s a short walk to a bunch of wonderful patisseries pharmacy stores etc. Rémy is beyond wonderful as a host has thought of everything and responsive if you need anything. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Lovely flat, great location

The flat is lovely, spacious and very clean and the location is great - close to the metro and in walking distance to small markets and cafes. There was nothing we would have changed. Our host was very helpful and accomodating - he even helped us schedule our transportation to/from the airport.

Great location near the Eiffel Tower

Accurate listing, great location, fantastic property manager. I would’ve liked to have had a king size top sheet. However, we may do with the extra sheets that they had available. The bed was super comfortable. We appreciated it being located two blocks from the train and a relatively short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Remi was excellent at communication both before and during our stay.

As advertised (a good quality this day and age)

Remy earned his designation as a top tier host. Communication was perfect and seamless. Everything was in working order. We are 78 and were staying in Paris for 10 days. His apartment in the 16th dist was close to two tram lines which worked great with a little study. The area was not touristy so many restaurants did not have English menus but hey...less tourist! Great Stay.

totally satisfied

remy, the host is fantastic. Super flexible just perfect communication the location is absolutely great very quick to everything in Paris worth seeing which is a lot. We rented a car but took Uber’s everywhere which are curiously exactly €12.01 for anywhere you ask it to take you off department was super spacious. was stocked with everything you can imagine would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location and nicely appointed

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay in the 16th at Remy's comfortable apt.. Close enough to walk to Eifel Tower plus most other attractions (depending on your walking stamina) and also very close to Metro/public transport. The neighborhood feels very safe and upscale and friendly (a shout out to Ivan who lives across the street and was very kind and allowed us to store our luggage in his apt while we waited for Remy's arrival...not Remy's fault). Remy was very accomodating and an excellent host.

The best of hosts

Rémy was excellent as a communicator. He contacted us directly with a timely email shortly after we booked a ewswevation at his apartment. He personally booked ground transportation for us from and to the airport. Furthermore, he offered additional assistance upon our request. The apartment is on a very quiet street and available to many destinations by walking...

5th Anniversary Trip to Paris

Remy‘s apartment first of all is very comfortable. All the comforts of home. The bed is soft, but my husband and I both felt it was extremely comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen is well equipped for anything you need. Remy was extremely communicative and easy to deal with. The 16th arrondisement is more of a suburban area of Paris walkable to the Eiffel Tower and the neighborhood there. We especially loved the little amenities just a block away with a café called a la Fontaine, a butcher with prepared foods, a Boulangerie, and a small market.

Wonderful apartment

Rémy’s apartment is first class. I’ve rented many apartments in Paris. This was the largest and most modern as well as the most fully equipped. The 16th is not a tourist area, so if you want souvenir shops outside your door this isn’t it. Instead, there is an excellent neighborhood cafe and grocery and patisserie! Remy also arranged for transportation to and from the airport, which was appreciated.

6 weeks in the 16th

This is the first time we have stayed in the 16th and it will not be our last. Remy, the owner and property manager was great and always available to help us and answer questions. The building was great, with elevator access and also very quiet. The apartment was very large by Paris standards, with air conditioning in the living room, which is hard to find but very important for the spring/summer months and became our "home away from home" for 6 weeks. We look forward to coming back next year. Thank you Remy for your hospitality!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I love the 16th for its calm. However, they are many bars, restaurants and shops near my home. The famous rue de Passy, but also the Beaugrenelle, shopping center, are only a few minutes away by foot. Twice a week there is a fresh market 2 minutes away.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

My bedroom overlooks a garden, so the night is without any noise.
And the top for me, is that the Eiffel Tower is a 10-minute walk away, as well the famous "bois de Boulogne".
