Cap surdimensionné situé dans une grande cour spacieuse située à une courte distance d'une plage privée présente l'emplacement idéal pour les vacanciers.

L'accĂšs Ă  une plage d'association privĂ©e est Ă  quelques pas dans une rue calme. La plage propose la pĂȘche aux jetĂ©es, le volley-ball, la natation en bord de mer avec vue sur Martha's Vineyeard ainsi que la baignade tranquille sur la baie pour les jeunes enfants. Une promenade permet un accĂšs facile aux poussettes et aux calĂšches sur la plage.

Situé à quelques minutes de Menauhant, de Bristol et des plages de Heights, ainsi que des restaurants et des boutiques du centre-ville, des terrains de golf, une rampe de mise à l'eau publique, la piste cyclable Shining Sea et le ferry Island Queen pour Martha's Vineyard.

La maison offre quatre chambres (8 couchages), deux salles de bain complĂštes, une grande salle familiale, salle Ă  manger, cuisine et deuxiĂšme salle de tĂ©lĂ©vision. Air conditionnĂ© fourni. Dads 90th birthday

It was a perfect home and spot for a family gathering and Cape vacation. The house was very accesible for my elderly parents, clean, and lots of room to sleep and entertain. Great location to easily access everything for a relaxing summer vacation. Highly recommend this home away from home in beautiful Cape Cod, Falmouth.

Perfect Place for our Family

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Walking to the beach was so easy and stress-free and my kids loved fishing off the rocks. The house was spacious and came equipped with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was simple and easy. Overall a great stay. Thank you.

Robert was a great host and the place was on a very nice location. The house very neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb, and we recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay at Cape.

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Four clean bedrooms big kitchen and dining area.

We loved the private beach within walking distance. The large back yard was great for our Grandchild. The house was perfect for us. Four large bedrooms. Clean and very comfortable. We loved the town of Falmouth. Great restaurants and shopping. My husband and son were able to see two cape cod baseball games.

Cute, spacious house and great location!

The house was quaint and comfortable for our family of 6 adults. A quintessential "Cape" house. The location in Falmouth Heights is excellent! Close to the beach and many restaurants and activities. Linens and most toiletries are not included. Be sure to bring your own.

Overly outdated,yard was weeds and dirt, and the fact that we had to supply our own bedding and linens for the price we paid. Also window air conditioning units in the bedrooms and fans in the rest of the house, doesn’t qualify as air conditioning and all of the air fresheners in the rooms needed to be replaced and bathroom on the first floor needs updating. Pictures can be deceiving. Very disappointed, Vrbo needs to check their listing.

Friends reunion

The home is as presented in the listing
 good location, beach access, spacious rooms.. downside is that it is very dated, outdoor furniture is minimal and rusty. Giving that people are coming from far away( in our case Canada, Georgia, and NH), and the beach is a primary draw, it was disappointing that there were no beach chairs. Overall a good spot, but some minor improvements could make it a lot better

Perfect house for our family

The property was perfect for us - 3 adult children with spouses and a 1 year old, and my husband and me. There were 2 huge bedrooms and one smaller bedroom upstairs, and a big bedroom downstairs next to the office with a door that closed, which we used for the baby’s room. The kitchen had everything we needed, the dining room was big enough for all of us, and the living room was also very big with comfy chairs. The back yard was really big and our grandson had fun running around in it. The shed had beach chairs, a wagon, and yard games, which was a bonus!!!The neighborhood was great and the walk to the association beach was easy and beautiful. It rained the day that we were planning on going to the association beach, but it looked great! All the bedrooms had air conditioning, and there were fans for the office and living rooms. Robert was easy to get in touch with and very responsive! It would be nice if linens were provided, but we knew they weren’t, and we were able to borrow from family members and buy cheap sheets from Walmart. We had a fantastic stay, and plan to rent from Robert again!!

Walking distance to lovely private beach

We had a great time at this Falmouth house. It was just as described and was very comfortable for our multi-generation group. It was an easy walk to the private beach for the community (no tents allowed though), and we also got a Falmouth beach parking pass to go to our favorite local beach Woodneck.

Family Vacation

Our family met here for a week's beach vacation. The house was a good fit for the ages of the grandchildren with a large back yard for playing. The beach is a short walk and it is beautiful. There is an inlet and pond behind the dunes that provides great aquatic wildlife exploring for children.

Great Cape House

Very nice house with a great yard. 5-minute walk to private beach. Had plenty of pots/pans to cook with and large propane grill! Beds were comfortable and the A/Cs worked great. Would definitely rent again.

Lovely home in great location

Large rooms, hardwood floors. House very clean, exactly as pictured on the listing . Access to private beach just a short walk away, great location close to restaurants, MV ferry, downtown Falmouth. Large backyard perfect for kids. Air conditioning in each room. Owner very responsive to questions.

Clean and Spacious accommodations

The house is in an excellent location, minutes walk to a private association beach. The large backyard allows for playing and relaxing under shade of trees. Dining room seated 8 as well as the large living room with a separate den with tv. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also spacious. While the beds were comfortable, most were on the smaller size (queen and below) for larger adults. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful vacation location

The process of renting this house was very easy. The owner was kind and gracious. The short walk to the beach was wonderful! The house was equipped with all the cooking pans that we needed. I would rent this house again.

Great location!!!

Our family had a wonderful weekend at this house. The backyard was nice and big for the kids to play and we could walk to the private beach which was unbeatable, especially with 2 young children. The house had plenty of room for our family of 4 plus grandparents and was comfortable. It could use a bit of updating, but it was totally workable for our family. We hope to visit again!

Great Location

Large house with air-conditioned in all 4 bedrooms. Could use some updating. Which I'm sure owner has heard before. Great proximity to private beach. Large yard and grill. House was very clean except for the extra sitting room. This room had a unbearable pungent cat urine odor. No hair dryer and coffee maker needs replacing. Family wedding intown and house was acceptable.
