Why they chose this property
Belvedere è il nome della località, perchè offre una bellissima vista sulle colline del prosecco, sulle Grave del fiume Piave e sul Bosco del Montello.
What makes this property unique
L'immobile è composto da una trattoria al piano terra, l'appartamento Isidoro con due camere al piano primo e la mansarda Marcella al piano secondo. Restaurato nel 2023 con impianto fotovoltaico, solare termico e aria condizionata, conservando al suo interno il legno e la pietra utilizzati per la costruzione ancora nei primi anni del '900.
