Beach Haven is your private front row seat to breathtaking sunsets where you can enjoy your favorite beverage, indulge in al fresco dining or just relax with your favorite book.

Recently refurbished, our condo feels like a new luxury condo with tasteful decor along with the owner's personal touch. But the paradise feel still continues as you take a short walk towards the ocean to feel the sandy white sand on your toes and smell and feel the ocean breeze.

The two, GULF FRONT bedrooms on opposite ends of each other are havens of tranquility, each offering plush king bedding, walk-in closets, and sliding doors to private balcony to enjoy the views and fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring modern appliances and offers a granite counter island allowing the ease of many cooks or helping hands to move freely around the kitchen without feeling trapped.

Beach Haven is in a great location on the west end of Panama City Beach and only a mile to Pier Park with great dining and shopping or take a casual walk on the beach and go to Sandpipper Becon Resort next door to enjoy the Tiki Bar, pool tables, cornhole, ping pong or an occasional Karaoke and live music.

The beach and pool area are never crowded as Seachase only has 34 condos for the east and west buildings with the pool in the middle giving you 600 ft width of sandy beach area and plenty of private beach space for your enjoyment. With only 8 floors and 4 units per floor, there is very little wait time at the elevator unlike larger resorts.
