Excellent

I've been coming to NSB for over 25 years and this was our favorite place to stay. The house accommodated our family perfectly offering plenty of space with the perfect location to the beach. It had everything you needed and more to enjoy a nice weekend away from home. The staff at NSB Realty was very responsive and attentive to our needs. We definitely will book again next year!

Location is unbeatable and the main kitchen is perfect for large groups who want to cook at home. We were switched to this property after learning that the elevators might not be working at our original selection, and we appreciated the realty company's flexibility and communication. Bottom level is essentially an efficiency apartment with its own small kitchen and living area. We live in Orlando and have been coming to NSB for over 40 years, and this is a property that I would rent again.

Excellent

We had 3 couples and 2 adult children stay for Daytona Bike Week. There is plenty of space quiet neighborhood and the house is amazing. Beds are comfortable. One row back from the beach. Highly recommended staying here.

It was great location it was alittle dated and dirty

Downstairs musty. But over all it was great. Balcony was good location great. The house across the street very ugly and run down.

Location location location

Couldn't beat the location of this wonderful house. Got to the ocean in less than 2 minutes! Lots of room in the house to accommodate family. Right smack in the middle of the National Seashore, NSB Dunes, and Publix. GREAT service from hosts due to a few "oops" things. Looking forward to next winter away from NY. We missed the mess of winter 2025 thanks to this wonderful stay in NSB.

Great House!

This is a wonderful house - very spacious, and it felt even more spacious due to the extremely high ceilings! We loved the tankless water heater! The kitchen was well stocked. It has easy access to the beach - that was not super clear in the description, but you walk down a sidewalk right to a sand path, then to steps leading to the beach - super easy! If the owners wanted to make an improvement, they could add a magnifying make-up mirror to the bathroom. The NSB team was great as well!

Amazing Stay!

This was an amazing home to spend our family vacation. It was spacious enough for everyone and allowed us the freedom to come and go from the beach throughout the day. It is located in a great spot and easy to get to the places or stores you need to visit. The beds were extremely comfortable!! We are already looking at their properties to try a new spot next year! We will definitely book with the NSB Realty team again.
