Luxury is an understatement for this whomping 178m2, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located in the heart of the 8th district, just minutes away from the Arc du Triomphe and Avenue des Champs Elysees. Situated on the 2nd floor, accessible by a lift in the building, this upscale and stylish Haussmannian apartment is equipped with A/C and there are large windows throughout that open to a thin balcony with views of the beautiful Parisian streets. Fit for royalty, this flat can easily accommodate 8 guests.

The living room welcomes you with plenty of comfortable seating as well as a large Smart TV. Next, you have the dining area with seating up to 8 guests. Next to the dining area, you will find the separate kitchen with all the modern appliances.

The primary bedroom has a King bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom composed of a double vanity, shower, bathtub, and toilet. The second primary bedroom has a Queen bed (the blue accents) with a large closet space, as well as an ensuite bathroom composed of a shower, sink, and toilet. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have closet space, one composed of a Queen bed and the other with a Double bed, and share a bathroom which has a bathtub with handheld shower head, and double vanity. A third toilet is located in the hallway.
