We had a fantastic stay! Great location, safe, walkable to nearly everything and tons of metro stops nearby. We had six of us, including 2 children, ages 3 and 1, and it was the perfect space for us. The rooftop terrace is incredible and we spent most of our time up there. It is truly huge, even by American standards with breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower on one side and Sacre Coeur on the other. We will certainly look to stay here again for future Paris trips.

Just spent an incredible 5 days here and it was perfect for our needs. We are a Canadian family of 6 and the size of the space accommodated our needs. Check in was perfectly detailed with zero issues, incredibly clear with photos. Communication was instant. The rooftop patio was breathtaking and we enjoyed having a glass of wine and snacks on it in the evenings. Highly recommend.

We were not aware that we had to walk up a flight of stairs to get to apartment since the elevator only went up five floors and then in the apartment another flight to get to one of the bedrooms. Very difficult for people with luggage. Was not able to take advantage of rooftop since we had to go through bedroom and out a window. This apartment is not for senior citizens.

To start, the view from the roof top is AMAZING!!!! We enjoyed a couple of evenings on the roof looking at the Eiffel Tower lit up. AC's worked great. The property is located close to multiple metro stops too.

We loved staying at this rooftop apartment! The views were spectacular and the apartment had everything we needed. It's well air conditioned and everything worked as expected. The apartment was quiet and the beds were comfortable with blackout curtains to help us sleep well.There was a little confusion at check-in but Pascal responded very quickly and was incredibly friendly. We could tell that he cares about his apartment and guests. He even told us about fireworks happening on our last night so we didn't miss a special opportunity. I would love to stay here again during our next visit. Definitely recommend for a family visit to Paris.

This place location is just near to everything that I wanted to hit. There is a hiccup here and there during my stay but overall, I like the location a lot.

We spent a delightful weekend. The apartment is centrally situated, with easy access to the Metro, walking distance to the Seine, andlots of nearby restaurants and shops. Pascal was a great host. The apartment was wonderful (the view from the roof!). I definitely recommend it.

Family vacation

We stayed here with six adults and there was plenty of room. The view from the rooftop deck was better than in the in the pictures. We had an amazing time.

Rooftop terrace was outstanding; watched the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur light up every night. Good location, near metro, and steps away from Passages de Panoramas. Well appointed, comfortable beds. Worked well for two couples.

Ideal lodging!

A wonderful and convenient location, comfortable and well-described rooms and areas, great a/c, a big plus to have the two full bathrooms, and overall just perfect! We had two couples in the two bedrooms, another person upstairs on the comfortable double futon, and a child slept on the sofa (which expands). And, of course, the rooftop was amazing, at all hours!

Spacious, top location and great views

We had a brilliant stay. The property is spacious (we stayed with 4 adults and 2 children), a great lively neighbourhood, close to metro, the louvre by foot, and the most incredible views of the eiffel tower and sacre couer from the rooftop - the photos don't do it justice. Thanks very much!
