Fully Renovated and Ocean view!! Non-Smoking villa features a Master bedroom with queen size bed, and adjoining bath. Living room queen sofa, 55" HDTV in living room and 40" HDTV in bedroom and FREE Wi-Fi for the rainy days. Kitchen with microwave, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffeemaker. Dining Table seats Three.
This is a 1st floor unit only steps away from parking, the pool, and beach access. You are only 20 yards to the beach or pool.
The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

The host was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the kitchen had everything needed to cook. The security guards were very helpful as well with recommending places to eat and fun things to do with our kids.

Our condo was very clean, we were on the first floor nice view ! The security staff was very friendly met a man from our area and chatted awhile ! Enjoyed the beach and the pool also jamacia joes ! Had fun playing music bingo! This was our first time on the island didn’t realize how secluded and well kept the town was! Once we got used to everything it was time to leave! Only thing I would suggest is maybe putting a blind on the window next to the door in bedroom otherwise beautiful!

The “ocean view” is a bit of a stretch. The ocean was barely visible. Even though we did not have wifi for 1-1/2 of our 3 days, we were in communication with the owner and were eventually able to fix it ourselves. Parking felt safe & we even joined in the 8:30-10:00 round robin pickleball. We could hear the upstairs neighbors walking and flushing the toilet. Bed was comfortable. The furniture and beach equipment on the patio needs to be replaced.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment really maximized the space well and there was ample storage space which makes it easier to stay organized. This was our favorite unit we’ve stayed in so far!

We love hhi beach and tennis resort, but this particular unit has been our favorite so far. Very accommodating, very clean, the location was perfect - love being on the 1st floor and so close to the beach/pool. The owners were very helpful and responsive! Will definitely be sure to stay here again.

Amazing Stay

A fantastic place for a great price! The property was clean, recently updated, and in a perfect spot right near the beach with access to a pool on site. The hosts reached out with all the info we needed to park/check in a few days ahead of time and the whole process was seamless. Very clean and nice!! I liked how I didn’t have to hike a mile or climb endless flights of stairs to get to the room. Couldn’t see the beach from the balcony but that was ok. I would recommend this place!!
