Great house for a large group, quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to harbor shops and restaurants and a nice deli.The little ones especially enjoyed the heated pool.Our host was accommodating and responsive. We all enjoyed our stay!

The house was sized enough for the amount of people. Spacious kitchen with extra apt The heated pool was enough to keep you grounded, but if looking forward adventure, there are 4 electric bicycles. It was the perfect getaway

Loved this location in Montauk

Large airy home with big bedrooms, oversized bathrooms, fabulous heated pool, grassy area to play and convenience to Markets, deli, Gosman’s and many other takeout or outdoor in eating. 10 minutes to town and ocean Beach. Walk to bay beaches. Our family had a great time and ended each evening with an out of this world sunset. Love this quiet neighborhood. Owners very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Family House

This house was absolutely perfect for our family, three generations of family and it was great. Having a master bedroom suite on first floor was ideal for the grandparents. The other rooms are generously sized as well. Backyard was great and pool was awesome, can’t say enough about this house and location was perfect, short walk to Gossmans!

Great memories made here

Although I was visiting for an extended time for work, my family made lasting memories. I was lucky to have my mom and dad visit for a few nights. Unfortunately, a few weeks later my dad suddenly passed away and this property was the last place I saw him and we spent time. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts. The property was great and had everything you needed. I’ll never forget our time there ❤️❤️

Family get away

We just returned from this wonderful Montauk retreat. We, the grandparents, 2 other couples and a 7 year old all enjoyed staying in this vacation home. Lots of space, clean and a really nice swimming pool with a heater. Its location is convenient to beaches, shopping and restaurants. I can not think of anything that this beautifully decorated house is lacking.

Best House in Montauk!

My family recently rented Ken & Maureen's beautiful Montauk home last week and we could not have been more pleased! We have rented in Montauk many times and this was the best house we have rented by far. The house is perfect….spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need to feel the comforts of home. The bedrooms are large, the kitchen is stocked, the pool is heated and there is a lot of outdoor space. The location is great and within walking distance to Gosman's harbor area. The complimentary beach pass was a nice perk to make for an easy beach day. We dealt with both Ken and Maureen and the rental process was incredibly seamless. They were accessible before and during our trip to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Everything was clear, payment was easy and our security deposit was returned immediately. The pictures are great but the house is even better. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a vacation in Montauk. If we decide to stay in Montauk again, checking availability of this house will be our first stop!

Great and comfortable newly done home

Our entire party had a great time at Ken and Maureen's beautiful newly redone home. Everything you can imagine was put into their design. Great amount of space, comfort and amenities. From the completely updated kitchen, to the expertly designed bedrooms and baths to the great outdoor living area and pool . No detail was overlooked. We were actualy the first party to rent their home and it exceeded our expectations on every level. We have rented in montauk for the last 10+ yeras and wil ldefinitely go back to their home. Thank you for helping to make our vacation a great one.

This property is PERFECT!

This IS the home to rent if your visiting Montauk! Ken & Maureen thought of EVERYTHING to make this the perfect home for fun & relaxation. They are a joy to rent from. Spacious, brand new, clean and beautifully decorated. We visited with our extended family and everyone had they're own space. The heated pool (diving board & slide) was a HUGE hit with the kids. Two huge Master Suites, and other spacious bedrooms were fantastic! Were already planning our next trip, and will only go back if this house is available. Highly recommended...

Growing up in Montauk, Maureen loved the summers. That's when it was time to hang out at the beach and, in late afternoon, watch the local fishermen coming back to the harbor with their catch. After college, she moved away for work, but extended family remained, and she, husband, Ken, and family have been visiting several times a year for the last 35 years. Recently, they started spending summers in Montauk with their youngest son, Michael, and love it!

Why they chose this property

All of Montauk is beautiful, but from where we stand, you just can't beat the harbor area. And, with several top restaurant venues opening in the harbor these last few years, I guess more folks are seeing what we've known for over 50 years--the harbor is where it's at!
